Pleasure P’s Son is a Suspect
According to Miami Herald, on the morning of October 8, Copper, the 17-year-old boy, was riding in the car with Arthus, the 24-year-old heading east of I-595 near Hiatus Road. While on the road, Cooper stopped on the highway and ordered Arthus to step out of the car. Consequently, Cooper then shot the victim several times with his firearm. He then left his body on the side of the highway.
As a result, the paramedics found his body and pronounced him dead on the scene. Broward Sheriff’s detectives ask for the public to help search for Marcus Ramone Cooper Jr. The detectives have a warrant from the Broward County judge on November 1 on the charge of first-degree murder.
Meanwhile, Marie Arthus, the victim’s mother, wants the murder to pay for his action. She wants justice for her son and for the police to continue searching for Cooper. According to Local 10, “Arthus stood on Wednesday outside of the Broward Sheriff’s Office headquarters to talk to reporters about her grief through tears.”
Marie Arthus said: “For them to take my son’s life and gun him down, they left him like a dog on the side of the road. That wasn’t fair.”
From Miami Herald: “Detectives are asking anyone with information about Cooper and where he may be to either call 911, Detective Wilson De Jesus at 954-321-4289 or Broward County Crime Stoppers anonymously at 954-493-TIPS (8477), or go to browardcrimestoppers.org.”
