What Are The Charges

Charges against the Memphis native include discharging a firearm during a violent crime, conspiracy, and robbery under a commerce law. Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, was on the scene of an armed robbery in 2020. Until his trial, he will remain in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Shiesty and two friends – Bobby Brown and Jayden Darosa – met up to buy marijuana and high-end sneakers in October 2020. Pooh Shiesty and Brown are accused of shooting two men in the butt and hip during the deal gone bad, which was caught on camera.

Pooh Shiesty is also facing another shooting case in addition to this one. An alleged shooting took place at Miami’s King of Diamonds strip club over Memorial Day Weekend.

Instagram Was Evidence

According to federal agents, the rapper showed off his wealth on Instagram in the days before the robbery to link him to the crime he is now being tried for.  On an Instagram post, Pooh had bills in his hands. The bills had the same serial numbers as the one left in the Louis Vuitton bag left during the crime in Harbor Bay Islands.
