Pusha T Trends After Drake’s Appearance With His Son at the Billboard Awards

The Beef That Won’t Die. Drake was honored at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday for the Artist of The Decade award. This award honors the artist that has had the most commercial success on the charts for the last ten years. Drake was clearly the choice.

After numerous awards and accolades, the Canadian rapper was in a state of deep reflection when he took home the prestigious trophy. However, Twitter was buzzing about something totally different. Drake decided to accept this award with his 3-year-old son, Adonis. The rap beef between him and rapper Pusha T got brought up again. Twitter had lots of jokes and comments, saying Pusha T forced him into fatherhood.

In the summer of 2018, the rap game was in disarray when Pusha T dissed Drake on his album DAYTONA. This created an exchange between Drake and Pusha. The beef culminated in the infamous diss record “The Story of Adidon”. Push unleashed a barrage of attacks against Drake’s family and friends. He also exposed him for having a child, claiming he doesn’t take care of him. The song created shockwaves through the industry.

The tension is still there from what it seems, where Drake took shots at Push on his 2019 track “Omerta” and Push shot back on an unreleased verse on Rick Ross’s album “Port of Miami 2.” Every time Adonis is seen with Drake now, Pusha trends as everybody is reminded of the beef.

Neither Drake nor Pusha T has commented on the uproar. The Artist of The Decade has an upcoming album on the way so hopefully, he will be trending for a different reason soon.
