#CherryJuice: Raven-Symoné Yet Again Doesn’t Want To Be Black

Racial Draft 2015: Let’s just trade Raven-Symoné in the first round.

Iyanla Vanzant, come get Raven and fix this girl’s life.  After setting Black Twitter on fire last year for saying she doesn’t consider herself African-American, the former Disney star once again defected from identifying herself as black.

“I’m not disowning my history in any way,” Raven told People magazine in their latest issue. “My family has been here for almost 400 years. We’re American. This is me and what I feel about myself. But if you identify as African-American, then you’re African-American. What right do I have to tell you what you are and what you’re not.”

Yeah, whatever, Raven. At this point, we’re not sure if she’s baiting us for publicity or just purely confused, but we’ve got an idea to help the View co-host clear her mind.

Let’s have a Racial Draft á la Dave Chappelle’s Show. White America, we’ll trade you
Raven-Symoné… for Ariana Grande. It’s a totally appropriate swap, considering Raven doesn’t want to be black, and Ariana doesn’t want to be American. And even though her relationship with Big Sean went splitsville, at least Ariana digs Hip-Hop.

Bye, Raven!
