Rich Homie Quan is walking on thin ice right now. Over the weekend, a video of Quan smoking marijuana with his one year old son Royal on his lap started circulating all over social media. The rapper wasn’t even thinking to stop the video or tried to hide it. Sources say Rich Homie could possibly not be smoking marijuana, and it really could just be a hand-rolled cigarette. What difference does it make?

Child Protective Services saw the video and now wants to investigate. CPS and Atlanta’s Fulton County Police Department will work together to investigate the rapper’s home life with his 1-year-old son. According to TMZ, authorities will ask the rapper a series of questions about his behavior in the video (what was he smoking?) and about parenting style. After, Rich Homie Quan received so much blacklash from everyone on social media. He took to Instagram to issue a public apology.
If found in trouble, Quan could face some serious charges, including child enlargement.
