Rick Ross’s Request to Getting a Pair of Jeffrey Dahmer Glasses Have Been Delivered
Infamous and glorified serial Killer Jeffrey Dalmer has his glasses being highly sought out after. One of the people seeking them is none other than rap superstar Rick Ross. The glasses are currently being auctioned for more than $150,000.00.
Rick Ross’s Request
Rick Ross expressed his interest of finding Jeffrey Dalmer’s glasses via twitter last week following Dalmer’s Netflix Series. His request regarding his interest was answered. A tweeter later responded back with a picture how much they are being sold for. The initial price was 150,000 dollars and is now more than 230,000 dollars within a few days of discovering. Some people are confused and disgusted by his interest in them and are even accepting the fact that this is not uncommon behavior from him. Another tweeter directly responded to him with his lyrics from rapper Rocko’s 2013 song “UOENO.” She then responded saying “I don’t know why I’m surprised.”
Jeffrey’s Impact on Pop Culture
Jeffrey’s criminal career has been referenced numerous times throughout the last 30 plus years in songs, books, movies, and television shows. They are typically use as a euphemism for one’s own doing when interacting with a person and or thing given a certain circumstance. For example, late rapper Juice Wrld referenced him and his doing in his song “Bandit,” saying:
She a killer and an eater, she a Jeffrey Dahmer
This instance refers to how willing one of his women was willing to murder and perform oral for him. Dalmer’s influence from the tragedies he committed has been immersed in the minds and hearts of many.
Jeffrey Dahmer Series
Netflix recently released a crime series inspired by Dahmer’s life and crimes. His story was especially prevalent in the 1990’s after a series of killings from 1978-1991. He has committed 17 murders and has cannibalized those victims also. The Netflix series documents the accuracy of the murders and court proceedings of his life before his death in 1994. He was murdered in a prison weight room by an enraged prisoner who was aware of his past crimes.
