Rihanna’s beauty brand, Fenty, disrupted the makeup and beauty world. She provided shades that were like no other and created representation in the beauty industry.
Not only focused on making money, Rihanna is using her beauty brand to represent more people of color. The usual shade game in the makeup industry is pretty weak. It doesn’t exactly give people of color much of a choice. Rihanna changed all this when she launched Fenty, and is continuing to change the game.
As she was announcing the release of her new product line, Pro Filt’r, she wrote in her Instagram caption: “Pro Filt’r foundation changed the beauty game like no other, and we not bout to stop now!!” Pro Fitl’r is a pressed powder foundation. The multitude of shades that come with this new line is not disappointing!
Rihanna has made her way into the world not just as an musician, but an entrepreneur. Recently labelled as the world’s richest female musician, her net worth didn’t just come from her music. She is the true definition of a female hustler and seeing her growth is amazing!
