Snoop Dogg Asks Fans to Pray For His Mother

Snoop Dogg took to an Instagram post to ask for “prayer warriors for momma”

Earlier this week, Snoop Dogg posted a photo of his mother, saying “y’all pray for her and me.” Today, Snoop followed up with two more photos, one with him and his mom, continuing to ask his supporters to pray for her.  Fans were quick to send their prayers and support in the comments of each post.

“A mother’s love is precious 💝🌺 Rita” 

Snoop has often expressed his love for his mother and their relationship. He has been posting photos of the two of them on his social media throughout the years. And often speaks about the strong influence his mother had on his career and his behavior in the public eye. Snoop and his management did not reveal what his mother’s current issues were.  But still asks his supporters to keep her in their prayers through social media, despite not revealing why.

It is no surprise that Snoop is asking for prayers and love following the recent death of DMX, whom Snoop also tribute to. In the light of recent deaths in the rap community, Snoop’s mom is hopefully well and he is just looking to keep her in the thoughts and prayers of his supporters.
