All We Know Someone Better Have Snoop Dogg Money!
According to a few news outlets Snoop Dogg is allegedly suing Pabst Brewing Company. The rapper claims that the beer maker owes him 10 percent of it’s earnings, after selling the company to a group of investors in 2014. Snoop Dogg had signed an endorsement deal to promote Blast by Colt 45 (a line of fruit-flavored liquors) in 2011.
He was an official brand ambassador from January 2011 through January 2014, as per The Hollywood Reporter. The rapper says that his contract clearly stated that he would receive 10% of the net price, if the Blast by Colt 45 brand or the entire Colt 45 brand family was sold two years following the end of his deal.
To this a Pabst spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter, “Pabst Brewing Company has been under new ownership and new management since November 2014. We have not been contacted by Snoop Dogg or his representatives about this issue. We are now investigating the matter and would be happy to talk to Snoop or his representatives to try to get to the bottom of this.”
