Style Fashion Week kicked off the 2017 season at Manhattan’s Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum last weekend. The three-day installation took place on Sep. 7-9, and featured fashion shows, live music, art displays, and more. Designers included Gregorio Sanchez, Marco Marco, Grace Moon, and Adrian Alicea, with performances by Amanda Holley, Rilan, Jae Hall and more. What separates Style Fashion Week from other events during New York’s fashion season is the unwavering focus on chic designs and entertaining artists. While New York Fashion Week has devolved from Bryant Park, to Lincoln Center, to “The Shows” at Skylight Clarkson Square and other venues, Style Fashion Week remains a voguish and modernistic display of the best of next seasons’ designs.
Style Fashion Week: New York 2017 was sponsored by Blk. Water, Coco Organics, Cristo Curlisto, Dazzling Lashes, Guy & Gallard, Lalita, Notorious Pink, Stain, and The Market @ Mercedes House. Style Fashion Week will continue Oct. 11-15 in Los Angeles, and then will head to Palm Springs in November. For more information regarding the chic events, visit stylefashionweek.com.
