Supreme says hello to the ultimate fashion capital, Paris!

Today the Supreme says, “Bonjour!” to Paris with its grand opening in the ultimate fashion capital. The opening of this store now totals Supreme with 11 worldwide stores, six are in Japan, London, New York City, and Los Angeles. This opening in Paris however, takes Supreme to the next level by turning their skater-roots into an top-notch clothing store. In an interview with founder James Jebbia in Business of Fashion, she states, “I think a lot of people still want us to be this exclusive, precious brand, but we’re not at all. It’s much more complex than that.” Some might disagree with Jebbia for the fact that Supreme only has 10 store locations and the pricing of their merchandise.

The fan turn out was phenominal! For many, the only thing they could do is watch from outside of the entranceway because the crowd stretched around the block- not a surprise. Like many grand openings,  the fans were seen decked out from head-to-toe in all things Supreme. They also changed the Supreme box logo by instead of the red background with white text, it will now be a bold black background with white text. The back of the new Supreme tee’s will read: “Bonjour Madame” above their opening date of “10-3-2016”
