Furthermore, French believes the best way for the students to benefit is to “understand their culture and create life-long experiences that will not only motivate our scholars but present them with opportunities to help them become globally competitive.
This undergraduate level course will cover the blend between trap music history and the economics of incline on being a staple in the hip-hip music industry, according to Billboard.
Together, T.I. plans to “share my experiences and whatever resources or information I have that can be an asset for the future. Drugs have existed for as long as humans have been on earth and music has existed for quite some time as well. The commonality that threads the two together is what makes trap music a dominant force in culture today.”
Additionally, the Historically Black College and University (HBCU) announced they will be honoring the life of Rayshard Brooks by giving scholarship offers to his four children.
T.I. states “We’re doing all we can as a community to uplift the [Brooks] family here in Atlanta. If something happens to one of us, it could happen to any of us.”
Fall semester classes and the start of this course are slated to begin on August 19th.
