Rising Brooklyn Artists Pablo Da Don and Jax Tha Ripper Drop Joint Album

Pablo Da Don and Jax Tha Ripper collaborate in “Kummin of Age,” finally making a name for themselves after years in the game. These Brooklyn artists do not showcase the average New York rapper’s delivery. However, they have the swag that all Brooklyn rappers have embedded inside.

With their latest joint project titled “Kummin of Age,” the energy they bring to their lyrics and flows is definitely something you can appreciate and like. In light of the hot drill music coming heavily from Brooklyn right now, their music is relatable because of the theme itself: young 20-somethings just figuring out life, and all things 20 and up go through. With 8 songs on the project, it has a little something for everyone, including the ladies.

Influenced by their upbringing in Brooklyn, with Jax the Ripper is from Brownsville and Pablo from Canarsie, they got their passion for music from a young age to stay out the streets. “All my life, I’ve been around the music scene, whether it was the church choir or dancing with my cousins in Canada on stage or outside,” Pablo said.

Influenced by Nas, Dave East, and Jadakiss, Pablo Da Don and Jax Tha Ripper have their foot on the full gas throttle.

What’s next for Pablo Da Don and Jax Tha Ripper?

Their latest project, “Kummin of Age,” now has 3 songs out of the 8 doing really well on Apple Music. One of the tops is “Piece of mind,” which is the first single they plan to do visual to.

Although no date is mentioned, they have all plans to drop it very soon. With their own Multimedia company, “One Take Records,” they are not only giving people music. They are also providing other services. From videography to merch, they want to let people know they aren’t just rappers but also businessmen. “… we are into the business of putting other businesses on.” Says Jax.

So what’s next for these independent, up-and-coming artists? You can catch them performing live on Oct. 1st, as well as solo projects dropping. Look out for projects and services coming from their Company OTR.Pablo and Jax are hungry, humble, and ready and are determined to keep HipHop in New York going on their own terms.
