Drake and Pusha T have a longstanding feud. The rivalry reached its height in 2018 when Pusha T released his highly anticipated album “DAYTONA,” which features a track dissing the Toronto rapper. On the “Infrared” record, Pusha T accuses Drizzy of having a ghostwriter.
Drake responds with laser-sharp delivery calling out Kanye West on the “Duppy Freestyle.” Kanye originally signed King Push, and Drake had beef with them both. Therefore, he reveals that he’s the man, even Kanye has needs favors from him.
“I’ve done things for him I thought he never would need,” he raps. “Father had to stretch his hands out and get it from me.”
Striking back even harder, Pusha T drops the “Story of Adidon,” on which he exposes Drake’s child and insults the mother.
“Love that baby, respect that girl,” he raps. “Forget she’s a pornstar; let her be your world.”
Drake Finally Responds On A Track
Drake did not respond on a track, only by social media to clarify the allegations. The nemesis has not exchanged words on tracks again until recently. The OVO rapper shares his need for vengeance on the “Have A Turn” track. Then, he goes on to subliminally address King Push. Drake references Pusha’s fondness for coke bars and his 2018 “DAYTONA” album.
“All I hear is plug talk comin’ from middleman/All I hear is tall tales comin’ from little men,” he spits before adding, “If I see ya’, I spit in ya’ faces, ha-tu/Daytonas with the green faces.”
So far, there’s been no word of Pusha T clapping back. However, Jack Harlow’s “Come Home The Kids Miss You” album is dropping with the official track on May 6.
