Puerto Rican producer Flow La Movie has died in a horrific plane crash at age 38.
According to Billboard, the producer and artist, José Angel Hernandez was one of the nine passengers killed in a private plane crash. The tragic incident occurred on Dec. 15th, near Las Américas International Airport in the Dominican Republic. The victims include his partner Debbie Von Marie Jimenez Garcia 31, as well as their son Jayden Hernandez, 4. The plane, operated by Helidosa Aviation Group, was reported to be going to Florida.

“For Helidosa, this accident causes us great pain and sorrow. We stand in solidarity with the affected families that, along with us, are going through a difficult time.” the company said in a statement on Instagram.
“Te Boté,” which topped Hot Latin Songs for 14 weeks topped the charts in which Flow played a huge role. “Dakiti’s” by Bad Bunny charted No. 1 as well as “Mia,” featuring Drake were major hits for the producer. “Travesuras”, which La Movie took part in, hit No. 1 on Latin Airplay, Latin Rhythm Airplay, as well as Tropical Airplay on March 6th. Also, the Dominican native recently launched his indie record label, Vive la Pelicula, as well as a management agency.

It is unknown what caused the plane to crash. However, an investigation by authorities is underway.
