Pooh Shiesty Denies Wack 100’s Snitch Accusations

Over the weekend, Pooh Shiesty catches steam with accusations of being hip hop’s most recent snitch. Music executive Wack 100 claims Pooh Shiesty is certainly a rat. However, the rapper quickly shut down all claims by providing a lengthy statement on Instagram.

“Before I bit some cheese, I sit down and keep quiet,” Shiesty states. “Anyone that enters a negotiation plea agreement it will be a factual proffer of the factual basis. The government will use [it] in court to prove the guilt they trying to show. I want all you lame ass dudes to keep the same energy I stand on business.”

The Charges

In January 2022, Shiesty also pleaded guilty to Federal Conspiracy Charge. The charges are concerning violence, drug trafficking, and conspiring to possess firearms on three separate occasions.

First, the rapper accompanies someone who discharges a gun at a gas station in Memphis, Tennessee, in July 2020.

Furthermore, in October 2020, he and his co-conspirators arrive to get marijuana, codeine, and sneakers in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Here, the group flashes firearms and also assault two victims.

Lastly, Shiesty attends a Miami strip club in May 2021 and assaults a victim.

Defending Shiesty From Wack 100

It didn’t take long for Shiesty’s lawyer Bradford Cohen to clap back in response to Wack 100. Cohen takes to Instagram.

“This is 100 percent fake news. @wack100 there is no paperwork that would say @poohshiesty said a word about anything on anything.” Cohen states. “But why bother with facts…just throw something out for clicks.”

In addition, Shiesty’s mother spoke out in her son’s defense. Her response on the Instagram story states, “Your mammy raised a bitch. Ms. Gladys raised a savage.”

Wack 100 Responds To Shiesty’s Defense

Lastly, Wack 100 responds to each party reinstating his initial claim. “To @poohshiesty mother, I understand your emotions but you responded to a lie,” Wack states. “To the attorney, you’re weird. Learn the truth. … If this is a representation of how you do your research, maybe you’re the reason #poohshiesty caught the time. I got love for this man. Politics are politics. What’s real is real.”

Awaiting His Sentence

Since Shiesty previously pleaded guilty to the charges in January, he will no longer face a life sentence. Still, United States District Judge K. Michael Moore will sentence Shiesty. Judge K. Michael also disagrees with the prosecution team that Shiesty should serve an eight-year and one-month sentence at most. Therefore, Pooh Shiesty’s sentencing is not released. He currently faces 20 years in federal prison.

Lil Wayne Reportedly Pulled A Gun Out On His Bodyguard

Lil Wayne and his bodyguard got into a dispute at his home which resulted in threats being given. Lil Wayne’s bodyguard told police they got into a fight at Wayne’s Hidden Hills mansion in California. However, the claims were contradictory to no visible scars or wounds of the alleged altercation.

TMZ reported that the altercation took place when Wayne accused his bodyguard of taking photos and leaking them to the media. Instead of leaving as Wayne requested, he proceeded to the bathroom instead. Wayne then began waving an assault rifle. The guard then left the property and went to the guard shack to call the police. By the time they arrived, Wayne had already left. Despite the claims, the bodyguard is not pressing charges.

Lil Wayne’s history with the authorities

Although this may be true, Wayne’s exit from the premises seems warranted. He has a less-than-glorious past with authorities. In 2019, an anonymous tip that Wayne was allegedly transporting drugs on his private jet led to police searching his plane. This incident at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, uncovered a loaded gold-plated Remington 1911, .45-caliber handgun. They also discovered a bag containing small amounts of cocaine, ecstasy, and oxycodone. He was then arrested and charged with illegal possession of gun by a convicted felon.

This conviction stemmed from an incident in July 2007 outside New York City’s Beacon Theater. According to police, he had a .40-caliber pistol on his tour bus. Although his attorney said it belonged to someone else, the rapper pled guilty and was, in turn, sentenced to a one-year sentence. He began serving an 8-month jail sentence in 2010.

The “Free Weezy” movement was produced from this moment. On the bright side, this showed how loyal his fans are. Following the incident, he released The Carter III. This The Carter trilogy was possibly one of his best-selling albums. In light of the controversy surrounding it, it gave us classic hits. In retrospect, this was an all-time high for the New Orleans native. With YMCMB brewing, some unfortunate media coverage and hot bars, it was only fitting the album would succeed.

Yesterday, Rapper Lil Wayne was charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon in Florida. The charges arise from the search of a private jet in Miami last December. If convicted, he will spend 10 years in federal prison.

This isn’t the first time the rapper has gotten in trouble with the law. Born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., he recently pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a weapon in connection with a gun found on his tour bus in Manhattan. In 2009, he served 8 months of his 1 year sentence at Rikers Island Jail in New York. Released in 2016, he created a prison memoir called “Gone ‘Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island”.

Wayne’s Charges

Authorities found a gold-plated .45-caliber Glock handgun with a pearl grip in Wayne’s Coach bag, along with bullets, cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, heroin, pain killers and prescription-strength cough syrup. He also had $25,938 in cash. The 38-year-old will not be charged with any drug-related offenses.

His lawyer, Howard Srebnick, raised questions about Wayne’s Second Amendment rights. Although he is a felon, the lawyer said in an email that possession of a weapon by a felon not judged to be dangerous may not fit the definition of this said crime.

The court date is set for December 11th in Miami, Florida in federal court.

Wayne’s Influence

The New Orleans native has been famous since a young age and is considered one of the most influential rappers of all time. Wayne has won 5 Grammys and numerous other music awards. Additionally, he’s sold over 120 million records, making him one of the world’s best-selling music artists. His most recent LP, “Funeral” quickly hit No. 1 on the Billboard chart this February, making it his fifth title to reach No. 1!

Carter owns a home in Miami Beach and serves as CEO at his record label, Young Money Entertainment. He also recently appeared alongside Trump before the election, and received backlash from fans for vouching for the administration’s work in the Black community. Lil Wayne tweet after the meeting, “He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done”.
