Diddy Breaks Character With Michael Ferguson

Diddy will not allow any negativity to exist in or around him. Over the Halloween weekend, the entertainer roamed the streets of Los Angeles as Heath Ledger’s Joker from The Dark Knight Rises and in full character. While running around the streets with his entourage, he ran into Tyler, the Creator, who called his performance/costume “next-level” and Power actor Michael J Ferguson.

Diddy vs. Ferguson

In a video provided by AllHipHop, Ferguson expressed some negative words towards Diddy, starting a confrontation that almost led to a fight.

The cause or reason for the disagreement is unknown but it is speculated that Ferguson thought Diddy was someone else. Ferguson did not know that it was Diddy to begin with and thought it was a random person approaching him as a spot on Joker. Diddy broke character and got real real fast. Someone in Ferguson’s team whispered to him that it was Diddy. Diddy opted to spread love and told Ferguson that he loved him with a hug. He then invited the “Power” actor to his afterparty.

Halloweekend 2022

Aside from Diddy, many musicians, singers and influencers showed out this Halloween. Latto dressed as the Corpse Bride, Chloe Bailey dressed up as X-Men’s Storm and Lola Bunny from Space Jam. Other noticeable costumes were Khalid as Woody from Toy Story and Cardi B and Lizzo as Marge Simpson.

In June, Diddy released his latest song “Gotta Move On” featuring Bryson Tiller. The song is noted as a message to his ex-girlfriend Cassie. He has since moved on, gifting Yung Miami a Mercedes-Maybach GLS SUV. She shared the surprise gift on her Instagram with the caption “Thank you Papi.”

A Verzuz battle may also be in the works between him and Jermaine Dupri. Triller, the company that hosts the battles, is in the middle of a lawsuit with Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, both who started Verzuz. Diddy has sided with Beatz and Timbaland on the lawsuit, saying “Nobody f***s with Triller until they take care of Tim and Swizz because Tim and Swizz is Verzuz. Am I being clear?” There has been no additional updates on the lawsuit.

If you were on Instagram this weekend, chances are you probably saw tons of celebrity’s Halloween photos. Rapper Travis Scott (@trvisXX) immediately went viral when he posted a photo of his chocolate-brown Batman costume on Saturday. The 29-year-old received negative comments and backlash for looking more like a bug than the actual Batman posing next to a matching car and luggage. See the photo below.

By Sunday morning, his Instagram account said ‘Loading’ and ‘No posts yet’ with no indication of his followers or following. This usually means the person has deleted or deactivated their account, which one Scott did we are unsure of. Some comments and tweets he received were pretty ruthless, including ‘It’s roachman’ and ‘UPS Batman’. Some made comments about his wealth yet lack of costume and others went as far as to insult his music career. Though his Instagram seems inactive, Scott’s Twitter is still intact.

Co-parent Kylie Jenner (@kyliejenner) had no problem with posing in her two outfits for Instagram. The 23-year-old millionaire dressed as a sexy ‘King Cobra’ on Saturday night and a red power-ranger the night before with some of her close friends. Halloween Manicures: Monsters, Patterns & Studs

We’re correlating our beauty routine with some Halloween fun. Why not? What easier and fun way to do than with your manicure. No shame.

You don’t have to get all Beetlejuice and cobweb crazy, we can also incorporate some simple neutrals reminiscent of The Addams Family or Edward Scissorhands instead. Even though the crazy monster thing can be cute and fun too.

Day of the Dead | Dios De Los Muertos can give us a little glam thrill too.

Simple black and white can also be done festively. Without going buck crazy with the colors, our manicures can give off some theme love. A little studs ain’t hurt nobody either, and keep us on the sexy end.

#HipHop4Her:Halloween or Hoelloween?

With Halloween creeping around the corner, if it’s something you’ve anticipated, you and your girls started looking for costumes. Depending on your relationship status and maternal status the spectrum of costumes is a broad one. You can either go with Wicked Witch or Playboy Bunny. But is the Playboy Bunny costume really necessary around your man’s friends and the rest of society? As children, girls had fun being princesses or Wonder Girl and aimed for filling their candy bags as much as they can. Now as adults Halloween has become an excuse for soft porn costumes and parties. Is there any way to be a sexy kitten besides putting on a leotard, fishnet stockings and kitten ears?

One Halloween during my freshmen year of college, I decided to be a burlesque dancer. I literally had on fluffy panties, a corset, fishnet stockings, heels and the ever essential pearls. I accomplished the sexy look, but I never felt more uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe that my friend and I actually stepped out like this. After that night I told myself that I would never do that again. What fun do women get from going outside with basically lingerie and heels? There are other ways to put a sexy costume together, without showing all the treats. Women can wear bodysuits, bodycon dresses, thigh high boots are always sexy, and I would say corsets are still acceptable.

We shouldn’t use Halloween as an excuse to dress up like a hooker, unless the party you are going to calls for it. It’s ok to be fun with your costume sometimes. Be a minion, or a chola, or the Joker! The Polyvore website has some good outfits you can put together for a Halloween costume. Let’s try and keep Halloween on a PG-13 minimum this year. Nobody’s tricking for your treats.
