The podcast world just got a lot more gully! Brooklyn emcees Uncle Murda and Maino, alongside co-host Miss Georgie, will host the new podcast “Brooklyn Boys (We May Take Some Getting Used To),” according to production company IntellectualProperty. Maino announced that the videos will air exclusively on REVOLT, and from the looks of the trailer, the hosts will discuss politics, music news, industry gossip, and more. The no-holds-barred opinions of these New Yorkers are sure to make for an entertaining show. More details on “Brooklyn Boys” are expected at the top of the year.
Maino was recently honored at Brooklyn’s Immanuel & First Spanish Church with an Exemplary Service in the Community Award, “Turn Your Life Around” Award, and was named the “Hip Hop Ambassador Of Brooklyn” for his work in the borough. Meanwhile, Uncle Murda has been the studio and has “some heat” coming, according to 50 Cent. IntellectualProperty was founded in 2016 by Teddy Altifois, Charles Suitt, C. Styles, and Moise Verneau. Some of the company’s credits include the YouTube hit “Money & Violence,” and WE tv’s “Jim and Chrissy: Vow or Never.”
