Jack Harlow Partners With KFC To Donate To Tornado Relief

Jack Harlow has started a year-long collaboration with Kentucky Fried Chicken. The KFC-Harlow collaboration is set up as a relief partnership for American Red Cross to support those affected by the tornado that touched down in western Kentucky last weekend.

Over the weekend, a tornado touched down in Mayfield, Kentucky. It is feared that more than 80 people died in the violent storm. The same tornado also hit a candle factory while 110 people were working inside, further adding to the loss of life and destruction.

Harlow is working with KFC to spread awareness of the disaster. Together, they have also donated $250,000 to the American Red Cross. They are also encouraging fans to donate by going to the affected communities by going to kfc.us/tornadorelief.

Harlow has many things planned with KFC. It is said to “usher in a new era for the iconic fried chicken brand, which will be full of surprises for fans over the course of the next year.” This includes brand campaigns, social media activations, menu item launches, and exclusive experiences.

This isn’t the first time that Harlow has teamed up with KFC. In October,  he announced donations to Louisville organizations MPED, The Center for Women & Families, Grace James Academy, The Louisville Urban League, and Metro United Way, with KFC also contributing.

Harlow and Kentucky

Jack Harlow is constantly giving back to Kentucky. “Louisville is more than just an area code to me,” he said at the time. “It means everything to me. It’s the foundation of who I am. I spent all my life fantasizing about being someone that could put the city on a pedestal. It’s important to me to keep some positive energy flowing through the city. Things are not easy right now and I feel so privileged to be in the position I’m in. I feel a responsibility to give back and help pave a way for others.”
