Conway The Machine Drops Freestyles And Honors The Greats

Conway the Machine honored Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Kobe Bryant in his freestyle on Kanye’s “Jail.”

Last week, the rapper honored his fellow rappers and basketball star in his “Devil in a New Dress” instrumental freestyle with Kanye. Itsrikip_ shared the freestyle of Conway bopping to it on Instagram.

“Jigga told me, ‘Don’t worry, n***a, I got you.'”

“Got me Grammy-nominated, I was on Donda, n***a, Kanye my partner.”

“Recorded this two years from the day we lost Mamba/May he rest in peace.”

Check out this snippet of Machine’s IG live below.

And the Griselda rapper wasn’t done there. Riki also posted a video of him freestyling over Baby Keem and Kendrick’s Lamar’s “Family Ties” beat. Afterward, a third video popped up where Conway talked about “something big” coming out for his fans.

“I wanted to give y’all n***as a little sample, though. Y’all n***as know, man, something about to happen. Something about to happen, man. Facts,” he states in the video.

Conway has his God Don’t Make Mistakes album coming in February 2022, but he may be referring to a separate album, La Maquina. According to Rikip, a teaser for Maquina may come out before the new album.

“If I heard clearly, La Maquina is dropping a teaser (guessing a mixtape) before the release of “God Don’t Make Mistakes” on February 25th, 2022.”

Conway The Machine On Kanye’s “Jail”

As stated before, Conway performed on Kanye’s “Jail,” and he apologized to Eminem fans after his interview with VladTV in 2019. Griselda called his fans “nerds” and “stans” back in the day.

“Before the bag, before the rollie/Before I signed a deal with Shady with the rollie/Speaking of Shady, man, after my interview I did with Vlad I felt awful/But I learned you gotta watch what you say in interviews, it could cost you,” his verse went.

After the apology, Conway continues to say that he has a better relationship with Kanye but still respects Shady.

#FMSpotlight: JuS BeatZ – “24” (Music Video)

Watch: JuS BeatZ – “24” (Music Video)

When NBA Lakers icon, Kobe Bryantdeparted from this Earth, it was like the whole world stood still. There were tears, rage, heartache, and disbelief that permeated across the nation. Despite all of this, fans have found comfort in knowing that he changed basketball entirely for the better. Kobe’s love for the sport took him to new heights. Not only did he show a fighting spirit, but also a side of him that only wanted to pay kindness forward.

Additionally, Kobe embodied the characteristics of a true basketball player, proving that teamwork and personal development go hand in hand. His jersey number was 24, which symbolically stands for openness and new adventures.

“The Kobe I knew those early years was warm, charming, intellectually curious, eager to make a personal connection,” penned B-R Mag contributor, Howard Beck

As irony may have it, yesterday was, what would’ve been, his 42nd birthday. Today, however, is the 24th! The date, in particular, represents his basketball tag. To celebrate Kobe’s legacy, Los Angeles-based rapper, JuS BeatZ has released a visual for his latest jam, “24.” The soundscape, produced by Joe Joe Beats, is a bassy trap symphony offering led by a guitar arpeggio.

Using a bouncy auto-croon cadence, JuS BeatZ pays homage to Kobe Bryant when rapping lines,

24. I feel like Mamba in this bitch/Take a shot. Never miss,” and “In my zone like Mamba/All I’m seeing is the net.”

The lyrics at hand speak on police brutality, the Black Lives Matter movement, the C.O.D.E Music Group signee’s ways with women, his unwavering focus, and his exclusive ice/drip.

“Ten toes in the sole, walk a mile in these kicks/Rise, burn it down, I feel inspired by the shit.” he delivers.

Deeper into the song, JuS BeatZ goes in-depth about his charm and the frustration he feels towards those who aren’t taking racial profiling seriously. Jus BeatZ even takes pride in turning another year old and how he’s readying for it.

“24, it’s a new year, strapped with the new gear,” he spits along with, “10,000 hours, man I done shed a few tears. Black Lives Matter, you ain’t with us. Fuck it who cares?”

The music video for “24” is a Final Focus Films Production and was shot by Mitch Forte and Jamie Tobias. Jus BeatZ joined forces with Lil Wayne‘s weed company, GKUA, to create a visual that embodies the beauty behind taking a breather and living in the moment.

Throughout the scenes, you’ll see JuS BeatZ taking a hit of the #WeezyWeed while drop-top Cadillacs drive around him. Additionally, JuS BeatZ takes some moments to get behind the wheel of his drop-top BMW.

Elsewhere, the music video shows JuS BeatZ having a kickback with friends to celebrate what seems to be his birthday. Not to mention, he dons some eye candy on his arm while performing the song.

If you haven’t already, listen to Jus BeatZ’s “24” here.
