It seems that the love of booties start from young. I was walking home one day, and a mother and her son were standing as the mother spoke to her friend. Then randomly the son started smacking his mother’s bodacious booty. Even kicking it just to see it jiggle. I of course laughed to myself, wondering why boys have this obsession with their mothers butt. I have even seen my own brother rub my mothers butt as if he was trying to get a genie out of her. The first time they do it, it comes as a shock, then eventually you have to tell them to stop being fresh. Although that’s your son, you must know how far is too far. Little boys love their mothers, and it’s due to the Oedipus Rex complex.
The Oedipus complex occurs in young boys when they realize that there is a difference between his mother and his father also realizing he is more like the father. This is where the son begins to understand gender differences. The son begins to form a sexual attachment to his mother. Which is probably why many sons smack their mothers butt, poke their breast or rest their head on the two bags. Since the son develops this sexual attachment, they may have a tendency to be jealous of the father. The son may want to exclude him. According to the research done by Sigmund Freud, boys experience the Oedipus Rex complex between the ages 3-5. But some psychological researchers have experienced this complex in boys younger than three.
Essentially, a boy desires his mother and experiences anger towards his father. Much like the tragedy of Oedipus Rex, hence the name of the complex. If a son watches his father rubbing on his mother, he will most likely do the same because he sees himself as a replacement for his father. Obviously that will never happen, because he it’s not that he wants to be his father. He is identifying with his father, as someone who is similar to him. The son will then develop a healthy sexual identity growing up. Don’t be freaked out by the way your son may look at your naked body, or spanks you. He’s simply going through his Oedipal phase.
