Lineup Released for ‘Kodak Black Day’ on June 11

Last year, Kodak Black was honored in his home of Broward Country, Florida, with June 11th being declared ‘Kodak Black Day.’ More than enthralled by the announcement, Kodak scheduled a festival on his twenty-fifth birthday this year.

The festival is complete with carnival rides, games, local food vendors, and live artist performances! All of the proceeds from the event will then go towards charitable organizations in the South Florida community. Now, just over two weeks before the festival, Kodak took to Instagram to announce the featured artists for the event.

Kodak Back On The Road

The court recently deemed Kodak free to travel and tour while remaining on probation, following his pardon from Donald Trump. In the waning days of his presidency, the former President granted Kodak a pardon, along with Lil Wayne. This took place just months before the announcement of ‘Kodak Black Day’ due to the artist’s charitable donations.

Kodak Black has also recently been at the top of headlines for his features on Kendrick Lamar’s “Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers” album. His jaw-dropping verse on “Silent Hill” brought many fans to Twitter to express their thoughts on the Florida rapper’s eclipsing performance. On top of that, Kodak has some other surprise appearances across the album.

His most recent album, “Back for Everything,” hit shelves on February 25th of this year and quickly shot to Number 2 on the Billboard Top 200. The past few months since we saw Kodak’s visuals for the album. The music video for “Purple Stamp” came out on April 19th. Check it out below!
