A$AP Rocky Prepping to Release “Stockholm Syndrome” Documentary

A$AP Rocky is telling the details of his time in Sweden.

Just under two years ago, Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky became the subject of international headlines. Following a heated exchange in the streets of Stockholm, he was detained in Swedish prison.

Ultimately, Rocky was charged with assault, but released after a little over a month.

He is now ready to detail the whole situation. At this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, he’s sharing a documentary on his arrest. Stockholm Syndrome will premier on June 13th at 8 PM as part of the festival’s Juneteenth programming.

The film will run for approximately 105 minutes and is directed by The Architects.

It will featuring contributions from a number of associated celebrities. Kim Kardashian, A$AP Ferg, and Tyler, The Creator all appear. The latter of the three swore off performing in Sweden following the incident.

Flacko’s Swedish connection continues.

Since his arrest, Rocky has had an interesting connection to Sweden. Seemingly, he holds no hard feelings.

Just last week, he invested into Klarna, a multi-billion dollar Swedish company. He even returned to the country just a few months later to perform a concert.

Stockholm Syndrome and his Klarna investment are just the latest of Rocky’s major endeavors to surface. He also just appeared as GQ’s cover model, promoting his upcoming album and discussing his relationship with Rihanna.
