DaBaby Accuses Alleged Assault Victim Of Lying To LAPD

DaBaby accuses alleged assault victim of lying to the police

DaBaby continues to try to clear his name. This time, the rapper is speaking about an alleged assault occurring in December 2020. DaBaby, real name Jonathan Kirk, rented a house for a video shoot. There were supposedly only supposed to be 12 people there. Kirk ended up getting into a verbal and, allegedly, physical altercation with the property manager. The rapper took to Twitter to air his grievances Saturday (Apr. 30). “Y’all keep believing these type of people & helping ’em assassinate my character.”  The rapper concluded, saying, “Y’all might as well get a rope & help him hang my black ass on a tree.”

The rapper made accusations of his own against Gary Pagar, the man suing him over the alleged assault. Pagar stands accused of racism and lying to the Los Angeles Police Department. Specifically, DaBaby claims Pragar shouted the N-word and other derogatory language toward the rapper and his crew. Other accusations include lying to the press and spitting on the rapper. The TikTok, DaBaby shared, seems to prove his part of the story. You can see Prager shouting pejoratives at Kirk and his party.

History Doesn’t Matter To Some Fans, In This Case

While we don’t know how much DaBaby did or didn’t do, people would normally agree he’s at fault. DaBaby has a list of violent offenses, thing people once defended. In recent years, things have been resurfacing, including the 2018 shooting of Jaylin Craig. However, this case is different. Some fans believe DaBaby is in the right. Prager’s words render him a racist, and some argue this justifies a physical response. According to the lawsuit filed back in February, DaBaby’s cohort, Thankgod Awute, pushed Prager to the ground. The rapper then allegedly stuck the property owner, knocking out a tooth. There is a video of Prager’s assault, however, it doesn’t show the entire incident. DaBaby face’s felony assault charges alongside Awute. Only time will tell how the case plays out.

This episode is by far the funniest episode yet. The Shumperts are preparing for the Hip Hop Honors in Los Angeles, CA but before they hit the red carpet they’ll be hiking the green trails of nature. A 2-day family vacation at High Falls State Park in Georgia.

Can you imagine “PETUNIA“ camping? Constant swatting and obnoxious screams echoing through the trees. OH HECK NO! Teyana expresses that the closest she has ever gotten to camping was living in Atlanta, GA. She used to the concrete jungle but with her nature-loving husband Iman on her side, she’ll survive. Hopefully.

Iman’s not just a baller/rapper, he an acclaimed survivalist too. He leads the family on an “extreme” hike upstream, however, there’s a bit of a setback when Teyana hurts her toe on their excursion. Like a true soldier, she walks it off and enjoys the rest of the trip before she heads off to L.A. to perform at the Hip Hop Honors.

During a secret video shoot, Teyana really starts to feel the pain in her foot. Her stylist and team cater to her every need to make sure they get the shoot done, that includes carrying her around on their back.

T-T is on some all black “who’s yo momma” dominatrix vibes in this video. Let’s just ignore that her toe may be broken, she’s trying to get her sexy-on in 6-inch thigh high latex platform boots.

Teyana had to see a doctor and after receiving the news that she fractured her toe, the only thing that was on her mind was performing at the Hip Hop Honors.

One toe didn’t stop the show. This hard-working mommy shows up and out for her dance tribute to LL Cool J and BBD. Teyana graffiti out her boot cast and hits the stage to give a crowd-pleasing performance.
