Migos have their long-awaited album “Culture 3” in the queue for release on June 11th. Last week they just released a single from the album “Straightenin”. Already their track is trending in the top 10 for music, coming closer to the 10 million mark. We haven’t even reached June yet and already the excitement for the new album is at a high end. After a thriller week, they made a highly anticipated announcement for their album release, a Micheal Jordan fax from 1995 “I’m back”.
To promote their upcoming album, this is a cool way to do it. Quality Control Music created their tribute MJ fax making the statement “June 11th we back”. Quavo has shown us many times in the past that he is a fan of basketball. Also, we know that he is definitely not scared to take his skills to the court, being he has competed in many all-star games.
In a previous recent interview on Apple music hosted by Zane Lowe Migos made a statement about their aim and the future. “We came to remind them,” he said. “We came to take them down a modern-day stroll. They seemed to forgot. So, it’s time to bring the boys back together and come back strong. Stronger than ever. There’s more that we need to see, it’s more championships, it’s more plaques, is more cheese, it’s more souls that we got to break, it’s more grounds we got to break. That was just the first pop-up.”
