Three 6 Mafia Versuz Bone Thugs-N-Harmony: Everything We Know

The upcoming Three 6 Mafia and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Verzuz battle holds a lot of expectations. Famous Triple Six is facing a legendary band nonetheless. The official Verzuz Instagram account posted about the upcoming event on November 12th.

“IT’S THAT TIME,” Verzuz social media managers declared. “Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (@btnhlive) vs Three 6 Mafia (@three6mafia) LIVE from Los Angeles!! Thursday, DECEMBER 2ND.Y’alll ready!? #VERZUZ MORE DETAILS COMING SOON”

The December show might be the most anticipated Verzuz so far, first teased three months ago. Both Three 6 Mafia and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony are more or less worldwide famous, and each left their own significant mark on hip-hop culture.

The Long-Awaited Event

The negotiations took a year, but all sides finally agreed to hold the event next month. However, it’s not the first event date the participants had in mind.

Initially, the show was supposed to take place in April 2020. However, at the last minute, the show’s founders interfered. DJ Paul claims that Swizz Beatz contacted Krayzie Bone less than an hour before their Instagram Live battle. The Verzuz producer then persuaded Bone to postpone.

DJ Paul then shared a screenshot of a Zoom conversation. DJ Paul was on the call, together with Krayzie Bone, Swizz Beatz, and Grady Spivey. With the screenshot, DJ Paul seemingly hinted at the upcoming battle in the works.

In August 2021, Krayzie Bone also sounded positive about the chances of the event happening.” It’s not confirmed yet, but we had conversations yesterday about it” Bone claimed.” It’s indeed a very strong possibility. We’ll probably try to make it happen realistically after the TLC tour [Early fall]”

Finally, by the end of November 2021, the audience will know when the show will happen.

Bone Thugz-N-Harmony’s Suave Shoutout to Verzuz

Before the event, Bizzy Bones from Bone Thugz-N-Harmony posted a complimentary message to Verzuz on his Instagram account.

“Dealing with @triller @verzuztv @therealswizzz @timbaland I haven’t seen professionalism like this in a long time,” Bone claimed. “Take notes to everyone who even thinks of presenting ANYTHING my direction.

“I wish one of you barnyard, Sanford-n-Son scrap metal raggedy ass, nickel and dime, hair brained scheming mf’en leeches would present ANYTHING to me during , before or after this Verzuz. I am telling you now F-U!!!!!!!!!!”

Bone also promoted the band’s merch, which currently had an Christmas 85% discount.
