Toosii has found himself at the butt of gay jokes following an incident during one of his performances. While on his “Thank You For Believing In Me Tour,” Toosii was apparently groped by one of his female fans. The incident was caught on video and had been circulating around social media. As Toosi performed on stage, the fan extended her arm up and stroked Toosii’s crotch. He slapped her hand away. Once people got a glimpse of the video, Toosii’s sexuality was questioned. Social media started to make jokes about Toosii being gay. It’s ridiculous that someone would have to verify their sexuality with complete strangers, all because he rejected a fan’s sexual advances. However, that is the predicament that Toosii found himself in. So, he took to Twitter to address the jokes. “I’m not into publicly embarrassing my girl.”
It appears that Toosii just wanted to respect his lady. You would think that him doing what he did would garner respect. Instead, trolls used the moment to create jokes about his sexuality. Toosii not wanting to allow a fan to grope him while performing had nothing to do with his sexuality. I wonder if the reactions would have been different had the roles been reversed. What do you guys think the outcome would have been had Toosii been the one to grope a performer as she performed on stage?
