Finally, the man running our country has finally decided to put the mask on. Saturday, Trump visited the Walter Reed National Medical Military Center. Trump is finally following the example of others in wearing a mask. Here is one of the possible reasons why he finally gave in to the masks!
Prior to his visit in the Center, Trump addressed stated the following: “I’ve never been against masks but I do believe they have a time and a place” (as seen in the videos). Although Trump claims he’s never been against masks, the public says otherwise. Some people such as Donald Trump, believes masks should only be worn in specific places, such as treatment centers. In an ethics standpoint, Trump most likely felt obligated to wear the mask. It is vital to wear a mask in certain places more than others, even though masks should be worn at all costs. When in an area with people who need medical attention, wearing masks literally safes lives. Those in treatment must be protected when it comes to visitors and themselves. Trump wearing his mask for the first time was a huge deal, as he refused to wear his mask at conferences, rallies, and many public events.
Will Trump Keep The Mask On?
It is shocking to realize since the COVID pandemic, this is the first time the public has seen Trump wearing a mask. Since Trumps first mask on appearance, many are hoping he’ll attempt to set a positive example by continuing to wear the mask on in public settings. But when it comes to Trump, there is no way of telling!
