Chet Hanks’ ‘white boy summer’ may be off to a bad start.
Even though he continuously shows his preference and love for black women, actor-musician Chet Hanks has found himself in the crosshairs of a volatile relationship with a black woman. Video of a bloodied Hanks surfaced online. It showed the aftermath of an apparent altercation between him and his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker.
TMZ released the violent incident video, taking place at his Sugarland, TX home on January 8. The video begins with Chet facing the camera at Banks, who can be seen with a pot. She takes a swipe at him, and the phone seemingly is knocked out of his hand. Hanks then reappears, bleeding from his forehead accusing Banks of attacking with a knife. She vehemently denied that claim.
Now the two are at war, with Banks filing a restraining order against Chet. She alleged that Hanks has a history of violence towards her, including multiple incidents where he roughed her up. She detailed a particular incident in New Orleans where he allegedly became angry when she wanted to leave their hotel room to get food, grabbing her wrists and arms and flinging her around to keep her in the room. Chet denied those allegations and has now filed a lawsuit against Banks over the January incident. He’s suing her for assault and battery, theft, and return of the money she allegedly stole from him. Chet’s lawyer, Marty Singer, released a statement on his behalf.
“The day after Chet Hanks confronted Kiana Parker about stealing money from his credit card, while Ms. Parker was accompanied by a huge male carrying a gun she viciously attacked Chet with a knife, which caused him to profusely bleed. It is all on video and the undisputed video tells the whole story. Her claims are completely false, fabricated and fictional.”
