Yo Gotti & Lil Baby Star Artist 42 Dugg Inks Warner Chappell Music Co-Publishing Deal

Congratulations are in order! 42 Dugg is now signing a co-publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music. And he already has two music deals with Yo Gotti’s CMG and Lil’ Baby’s 4PF record labels.

Above all, the Detroit rapper is coming off a successful release of his mixtape “Free Dem Boyz”, enlisting features from Fivio Foreign, Lil Durk, Future and more. Firstly, 42 Dugg first burst on the scene with his collaborations on big singles with Lil’ Baby. Similarly, his feature on the 2020 track “Grace”, peaked at number 48 on the Billboard charts.

In addition, he was also featured on Lil Baby’s hit song “We Paid” in May 2020, peaking at number 10 on the charts. As a result, his mixtape Young and Turnt 2, released in March 2020, was met with widespread acclaim.  Moreover, 42 Dugg and Warner Music President of A&R Ryan Press both made comments on the big deal.

Ryan Press said: “This is 42 Dugg’s moment. His performance on ‘We Paid’ has earned praise from fans, fellow artists, and critics alike, and I believe he’s well on his way to becoming one of the industry’s next big stars.”

“Ryan and the whole Warner Chappell crew are connected to some of the best artists and producers in the game, and I have a lot of respect for their work. I look forward to collaborating with their team and taking my music to the next level” 42 Dugg added.

Keep doing you young man!
