Although tragic events erupt in our busy schedules, there isn’t a time to put everything at a halt. And that’s precisely what City Girls member Yung Miami expressed via Twitter.
Two years ago, Jai Wiggins, the father of her kids, was killed during a shootout. Despite his condition, however, Miami admits to filming a music video. So this action wasn’t out of apathy. But instead, the femcee had to keep it pushing.
The City Girls, amongst other celebrities, don’t get that time to grieve because of what their careers demand from them. This task isn’t easy, but I commend these figures for presenting stellar work. Despite the obstacle, they hurdle over them with grace.
On Twitter, Yung Miami wrote:
“I filmed p*ssy talk video while my baby daddy was in his death bed.” She continues, “I cried so hard and long between scenes—one of the hardest days of my life.”
I filmed pussy talk video while my baby daddy was on his death bed. I cried so hard and long between scenes one of the hardest days of my life 😢😔
Given the music video, the sadness can’t be traced on Yung Miami’s face. Additionally, the rapstress posted this sentiment on Instagram. She wrote her true feelings underneath a picture where she’s getting her makeup done.
In November 2021, Yung Miami spoke about how her partner’s passing has affected her. “I’ll give up everything to have my baby daddy here with me again!” she wrote via Twitter.
Miami also says, “Still not over my baby daddy dying whenever I think about it I get sick to my stomach literally.”
I’ll give up everything to have my baby daddy here with me again! 😢🥺
