Coi Leray released a music video to her new single ‘TWINNEM.’ A two-minute clip shows the rapper and her friends enjoying themselves in a mansion.
In the video, Coi Leray plays piano and golf with her friends. They also put home-cooked food on each other’s plates and wear white tuxedos. The video takes place in three locations: the golf course, the mansion’s kitchen, and a room with a piano. It’s also kept within two color ranges: the mansion parts are white and gold, while the golf course video pieces are darker and bluer. One can even remember the Dress meme.
There’s also a lot of dancing in the video. Which makes sense, considering Coi’s Instagram and Tik-Tok accounts, both filled with dancing videos.
The song itself is a tribute to friendship. As Coi Leray puts it;
“Go best friend, we killin’ em (Yeah)
No new friends, get rid of them.”
Coi sets her standards in ‘TWINNEM’ clear: “That loyalty everything.” She doesn’t want to be around people who are “bringin’ nothin’ to the table.” Friendship means a lot to Coi since she had to deal with people “that donе switched up and turned right to my enеmy.” And “that’s why it’s just me and my twinnem.”
Coi’s Uprising Career
Coi is also currently touring with Lil Baby, Lil Durk, and more artists. Artists have already traveled through half of the cities, and the “Back Outside” tour seems to be a success.
