Snoop Dogg and Eminem have been beefing for years if you didn’t know. Although they both have been on the same track together, they weren’t on good terms. Their issues reignited in 2020 when Snoop Dogg claimed Eminem was not a top 10 all-time rapper among other things. Eminem retaliated by dissing him in his song, “Zeus”. After “Zeus”, in an interview, he went on to say that he was surprised at what Snoop Dogg said. He was caught “off-guard” and felt disrespected.
Thank you, Dr. Dre!
Fortunately, with the help of Dr. Dre, the two legendary artists were able to put things behind them. Unfortunately, on the other hand, it was because of Dr. Dre’s health scare that caused the two to patch things up. Last year, Dr. Dre was in the hospital with a brain aneurysm, ultimately spending weeks in the intensive care unit. Dre is pretty much responsible for both, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem’s careers as he produced both their debut albums. They both realized that their feud was “stupid” with all that was going on at the time, so they decided to talk it out.

No More Beef
Eminem actually admires the Long Beach legend and credits his album Doggystyle as a big influence on him. Snoop went on to The Breakfast Club to confirm that he and Eminem are family. He apologized for what he originally said as he appreciates and respects the Detroit legend. They have been since seen together on a couple of occasions. They performed at the halftime show of Super Bowl LVI with Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige. Just last month, a photo surfaced on social media of Dr. Dre, Eminem, and Snoop in the studio, which fans went crazy for. Also, they took the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards to perform their new song “From the D 2 the LBC”. We’re glad these legends put things behind them. Hip Hop doesn’t need any more beef!
