Hip-hop royalty Fat Joe has entered the chat on the Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors situation. The actress held her hand in Majors’s as they both walked into his court appearance for an assault case.

The alleged assault took place in March in New York, New York. Good’s man is facing some serious charges and could also face up to a year in jail if convicted. Meagan and Jonathan reportedly started dating a few months ago.

Fat Joe’s Thoughts On Meagan Good Holding Majors Down

The Bronx native supports Meagan Good standing by her man through all the chaos. Fat Joe, born Joseph Antonio Cartagena, said he even wants a woman to hold him down the way the “Creed III” star’s rumored girlfriend is holding down Jonathan Majors.

Cartagena also “hopes to one day find someone to do the same for him.” He mentioned that the pastor, Good’s ex-husband DeVon Franklin who is a spiritual success coach, prepped her to be a good woman. The “Harlem” star was married to Franklin from 2012 until 2022.

Joe did also add that Majors fumbled the bag immensely with this incident. It’s a bold move for the California native to appear hand-in-hand with the “Ant-Man” actor in the wake of her divorce last year.

What Happened With Jonathan Majors In March?

In late March, a woman the 33-year-old was allegedly seeing made shocking claims about the rising star. The situation started with an argument, and then the actor reportedly proceeded to attack the female. She also said Majors slapped her and placed his hands around her neck.

The Trial Date Is In August

The first time Majors appeared in court since his arrest on Mar. 25 was this past Tuesday. The “Lovecraft Country” actor appeared by video at a hearing last month. Prosecutors said they were revising the assault charge to reflect the accuser’s perspective. The original version used was from a police officer’s account.

The Majors’s trial date is set for Aug. 3, 2023. An arrest warrant will be served if he does not show up.
