Model Winnie Harlow Gets Sexy for Complex Mag
Winnie Harlow slays in a August/September issue of Complex. Decked out in lingerie sets that shows off her unique complexion, Winnie poses in a vintage motel setting.
Complex gives us some insight in how Winnie adjust to being ‘special’ model. In fact, she doesn’t really notice. She is accustomed to her skin, and has seemed to completely accept it as what she’s been given, and the fact that it is beautiful. She’s not conscious about her skin, because to her, she’s normal. And she is. She doesn’t look like everyone else, but we’re all different, so there is nothing abnormal about that.
She also has an inclusive relationship with her fellow Canadian superstars, OVO, and gets exclusive listening sessions. I’m sure some of us rap stans can envy that. The crew has officially named her the 6 Goddess. This spread, along with Winnie’s confident and assured words are inspirational and a good illustration that other’s opinions and labels of you, are not who you are. You are an enabled human being capable of exerting beauty in being who you are. We love that.
