Lil Nas X and TIDAL teamed up to create a Shameless Pop 101 music playlist.
The playlist headline reads, “From its origins to current day, Pop music has had the ability to transform listening into shamelessly letting loose & immersing fans into catchy hooks!”
TIDAL’s description goes on:
“Taking over the Pop Culture world since late 2018 with his record-breaking hit ‘Old Town Road,’ his music never fails to get the world dancing & singing out loud. Showcasing what ‘Shameless Pop’ means to him, this is Lil Nas X’s 101 takeover!”
Lil Nas X added in recorded commentary. “To me, shameless Pop is making the music that you love,” the rapper said. “Not really caring what anybody is going to think about it.”
The rapper carefully picked twenty pop tracks for all kinds of shamelessness. Throughout the Shameless Pop 101 playlist, you can listen to Azealia Banks, Rihanna, and 24kGoldn.
Boosie v. Lil Nas X, Lil Nas X’s Dad & Azealia Banks
Lil Nas X made a joke on Instagram. He “announced” that he and Lil Boosie were working together. Below is what Lil Boosie responded to Lil Nas X. Boosie’s tweet is now deleted.
The 38-year old man’s response to a joke
Boosie has been on a cultural crusade against Lil Nas X for a while. However, this time both Lil Nas X and his dad responded to the homophobic rapper. While Lil Nas X purposefully ignored Boosie, his dad provided a thorough commentary on Boosie’s music and image. See the responses below.

After that, Azealia Banks joined the fight. “The fact that you have the confidence to publicly suggest he kill himself for living a life free of all the things that have completely obliterated your ability to see yourself as anything other than a ward of the state is absolutely heartbreaking,” she responded to Boosie on her Instagram stories.
