During an interview with Fox & Friends, No Limit founder Master P shared some insight into how he became successful. The famous No Limit record label owner found tons of accomplishments in & outside of Hip-Hop. He even acknowledges the success achieved by the legendary record label.
“So I started No Limit with $10,000, and it turned into a multi-million dollar empire,” Master P claimed. “Went from selling no records to selling over a 100 million records. It’s a blessing. You gotta dream big. Yeah. You got to, yeah. You just gotta dream big.” The label featured a roster with Snoop Dogg, Mystikal, Silkk the Shocker, Soulja Slim, and more.

Master P’s Interview Advice & Also The Steps He Took
Master P lists a few key takeaways during this conversation. “You need to educate yourself, you need to go to church; you need to do those things that’s going to make you a good person and have integrity,” he also says in the interview. He even instills these morals & ethics in his children, “Even though my kids got a better life and even though we have nice things, but you still got to work for what you want.” It’s a very excellent parenting perspective & mindset for anyone to have.
While Master P shared some insight on how he became so successful, it wasn’t always an easy path. After a disappointing basketball career due to an injury, he recalls when his grandmother would fear for his future & safety in New Orleans. In his own words, “My grandmother really scared me when she put that dress on her nightstand and said she’s going to wear that to my funeral if I didn’t get my act together.” Master P’s story is truly an inspiring story for many.
