Nas to release ‘It Was Written’ remaster on the album’s anniversary

The reissue of  ‘It Was Written” by Nas is to release on the record’s 25th birthday

 

Nas is to release a remastered version of the legendary record. Nas’ album came out in July of 1996. 25 years ago. Not only the anniversary edition includes a higher-quality sound in it, but it also has two bonus tracks there (“Silent Murder” and “Street Dreams (Bonus Verse)”. Together with it, one can purchase “Silver & Clear Galaxy Effect double colored vinyl” when buying the remaster. One can also buy an “old-school clear cassette shell with an original 8-panel J-Card,”.

On top, the package includes a “Silver and Black colored 7″ single of The Message b/w Street Dreams (extended version).”

The album anniversary edition can be purchased at the ‘Get on Down’ store.

Together with Nas, ‘Certified’ is also celebrating the artist’s album 25th anniversary.

In their video posted on YouTube, they’ve explained the history, importance, and legacy of the record. They’ve also shared facts from Nas’s life, career, and artistic process. One can learn about the history behind ‘If I Ruled the World’, the artist’s history with Dr Dre, and many more.
