Soulja Boy does not appear to have forgiven Kanye West. Several months after West released Donda, Soulja discovered that a verse he recorded for Ye was left off of the record. Soulja Boy released his anger and Ye responded by calling Soulja’s verse “trash.” Soulja Boy replied in true Soulja Boy fashion by being scathing in his response.
Ye Gives His Response On Why Soulja Boy Wasn’t On The Album
“I’m not gonna argue with you n***as about this at all,” said Ye. “Soulja Boy is top 5 most [influential] as far as what we are today.” Upon asking why he had left him off the album, N.O.R.E. received a clear response from Ye.
“You ain’t hear that verse?” asked Ye, seemingly trashing Big Draco’s bars.
“Nope, the verse wasn’t good?” asked N.O.R.E.
“Nah, but I tell you what though...” said Ye, and that was all he needed to tell the audience before they came to understand why Soulja Boy had been removed from the album. Ye clearly thought his verse was unworthy of inclusion., so he replaced him with Young Thug.
Kanye and Soujla Aren’t On Good Terms
Meanwhile, last month, Soulja seemed to suggest that he and West were back on friendly terms. However, after watching a video that Soulja recently posted, it seems that Ye may no longer want to deal with him.
As of late, Kanye West has been criticized for his methods of wooing Kim Kardashian and belittling Pete Davidson. In public pleas to Kim about reuniting their family, West continues to publicly attack and threaten Davidson. Soulja Boy has been present for every post-and-delete like millions of others.
Soulja tells Ye in a new video that Davidson has his woman with the suggestion that this is what West deserves for his Donda shade.
“Is you gon’ keep posting memes of Marvel versus Capcom? Or you gon’ lay the smackdown? That’s what the f*ck you get n*gga,” he said. “N*gga tried to play me. N*gga, you know the f**k I’m is? I’m Big Draco. Now you running around Hollywood, crying like a b*tch. [crying sounds] ‘Help me.’ F*ck you, Kanye!”
