Young Thug’s Message From Behind Bars To T.I And Boosie Badazz

Young Thug, the charismatic rap sensation, may be facing legal troubles with the ongoing YSL RICO case. However, that hasn’t stopped him from stirring up the music world with his latest move. On June 29, Young Thug’s message on his Instagram Stories, spoke to rap legends T.I. and Boosie Badazz to drop their long-awaited collaborative project.

“Yo, @mamaheliveagain2.0 and @tip, ya’ll go ahead and drop that album together,” Young Thug wrote. “That’s all a n-gga wants.” It’s a bold request from someone who’s currently dealing with a lot on his plate, but Thugga’s enthusiasm for the joint project is evident.

What Do T.I and Boosie Badazz Have To Say About Young Thug’s Message?

Boosie Badazz has yet to respond to Thug’s message, leaving fans curious about his stance on the matter. However, T.I. showed his support by reposting the story on his own Instagram. Additionally, he included a series of emojis that suggested he’s on board with the idea. It’s a promising sign that the collaboration might finally see the light of day.

The journey toward this collaboration has been anything, but smooth for T.I. and Boosie. In February, Boosie declared that he was no longer interested in the project. This came after allegations that T.I. had snitched on a deceased relative in the past. “If he did that, you’re a fucking rat too,” Boosie bluntly stated during an interview with VladTV. After, the two engaged in a public back-and-forth. Eventually the artists made amends in April. Boosie announced that the album was back on track, along with a reality show.

During a conversation with Fat Joe on Instagram Live in November 2022. Boosie had already hyped up the album, claiming it would be harder than Drake and 21 Savage’s “Her Loss.” Now, with Young Thug’s endorsement, fans are eagerly awaiting the collab.

Young Thug’s request comes hot on the heels of his own new album, “Business is Business,” which features heavyweight artists like Drake, Future, and 21 Savage. Despite his current legal situation, Young Thug remains a force to be reckoned with. Continuously pushing boundaries and making his mark.

As we wait for the response from Boosie Badazz, it’s clear that Young Thug’s message is a sign he isn’t letting his legal troubles dampen his spirit. By keeping the music alive and encouraging fellow artists to create and collaborate. Whether or not T.I. and Boosie take note of Thugga’s call, one thing is certain: the anticipation for their joint project is reaching fever pitch, and fans can’t wait to see what these Southern rap legends have in store for them.

Gunna To Release First Project Since Release From Jail

Gunna is dropping his first album since his release from prison after getting a plea deal this past December. He pleaded guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge.

Title, Release Date & Cover Art

His newest project will be called “A Gift & A Curse.” It will drop on Friday, June 16 at midnight on all streaming platforms; including Apple Music, Spotify and Amazon Music. The surprise announcement came on Wednesday on his 30th birthday. We don’t know what the track list looks like or if special guests will appear. However, the Southern rapper showed us the album art which is a painted portrait of him with a skull and flowers on his head.

“Bread & Butter” Lyrics Address Snitch Allegations

The YSL’s new album comes after he released a new single “bread & butter.” The “Pushin P” rapper has kept his cards close to his chest since his release from jail. In this new record, the Georgia native gives us a glimpse at his journey and he combatted the snitching allegations. Gunna clarifies he never gave a statement and the DA did some sneaky sh** that he fell for, but he added “because this time I be prepared for it.” His lawyer spoke out and did confirm that “Gunna did not snitch” to strike plea deal. The rapper allegedly said nothing and is not cooperating. Plus, the plea can’t be used in court against any other defendant.

Rappers And Fans Call Gunna a “Snitch”

Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, also known as Gunna, has had problems following him out of prison as some has marked him as a snitch. Many believe Kitchens did this to get out of doing a lot of prison time. He was even reportedly chased out of an ATL mall while being called a “rat” and a “snitch.” The crowd that followed him around the mall seemed to get a little aggressive, but luckily nothing happened. His fellow rappers were questioning the plea deal situation as well. Boosie called the YSL rapper a “rat.”

The rapper received a time-served, suspended sentence.

Ti and Boosie Badazz Resolve Their Beef at a St. Louis Airport

T.I. and Boosie, two southern rap icons, recently came to blows online over a long-forgotten story. But it appears things have smoothed over.

A Quick Meetup

This past Sunday (Apr 9), Boosie and T.I ran into each other at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. A photo was taken of the pair and quickly spread across social media. Many fans expressed curiosity about the unheard conversation or suspected Boosie wasn’t too happy from his facial expression.

The surprise meet-up follows the Legends Never Die Concert, in which both men performed together. In addition to this, Nelly, Twista, and Jeezy made an appearance at the star-studded event. Since the photo has gone viral, neither T.I or Boosie have made any comment.

Boosie Speaks

The argument initially started back in February when the ‘Wipe Me Down’ rapper called out T.I for admitting to throwing a gun charge on his deceased cousin to avoid jail time.

“With the T.I. situation, if he did that – you a fucking rat too,” Boosie said. “I don’t spare no muthafuckin’ body. Because if you doing anything wrong, you doing anything criminal and you cooperate with law enforcement to get you out of trouble – that means you’re cooperating. That means you’re a rat.”

He continued to explain, “But I’ma tell you like this. When I saw that, I think, ‘T.I. fucking lying.’ I think he went up there and just got to fucking talking. You think something happen at 17, 18 years old … you gon’ hold that in all them damn time? All this damn time for 20 some years, you gon’ hold that in? And it finally came out?”

T.I. Responds

In the same interview, Boosie confirmed he’s canceling the joint album with T.I. The Louisiana artist has been a longtime advocate of the “no snitching” policy that has dominated rap culture for decades.  Later that month, the ATL star had an interview with Rich Trapper where he claimed his story was largely fabricated. The 42-year-old also clarified the story stemmed from “Humor, sarcasm, and satire”.

“It came from a conversation that my partner and I was having, and that conversation was, ‘Hey bruh, if me and you catch a case together and I die before you, it’s mine.’” T.I explained. “He like, ‘Nah, I can’t do that.’ Yes, you can. It’s mine, why can’t you? I don’t understand it. He said, ‘Nah, I can’t do it. I can’t say nothing about anybody who do, but I can’t do it.’”

If that isn’t enough, in addition to this T.I. posted a photo of court paperwork on his Instagram story to clear his name. The 2003 Fulton County case involved an “illegal stop, arrest, search and seizure and interrogation” causing all evidence to be thrown out. This supports T.I.’s story of embellishing the tale with his cousin since a confession would reflect in the court documents.

To further drive the point home T.I hosted a “paperwork party” in Atlanta and publicly acknowledged an absent Boosie. “I just don’t like for a n-gga to God damn get fly then get shy, you hear me?” the ‘Live Your Life’ Rapper said. “My n-gga, I’m right here in the center, so come on if you got something to say about me, if you think it is what it ain’t. There’s one way to clear it up: pull on up, let me show you what you looking for.”

By March, things seemed to have cooled down between the duo. In a TMZ interview, TI denied having any beef with Boosie and said the ‘Slayed’ rapper simply misspoke. Let’s hope these two industry vets can keep things civil.

Where’s MJ: Boosie’s Upcoming Movie Premiere

Where’s MJ Movie Premiere

Boosie Badazz is premiering his new film Where’s MJ this Sunday. The Louisiana rapper will be hosting two screenings at Clark Atlanta University, the general public showing is at 3 PM. There will also be a private showing at 7 PM. The film appears to have a Christmas tone combined with some hood hijinks. The film features many social media mainstays including Desi Banks, Grove Hero,  and Rob Kazi; along with hip-hop and reality TV legend Flava Flav and the late rapper Trouble. From the trailer, it looks like the movie will be an excellent addition to the growing resurgence of independently produced films from Black creators. Check out the trailer for Where’s MJ below:

Boosie’s Growing Film Company

This isn’t Boosie’s first time as a filmmaker. His website features several movies he’s produced and/or directed starting with My Struggle in 2021. Earlier this year, he released Water Boyz The Movie featuring the acting debut of Corey J. The young hip-hop artist hails from Mississippi with past appearances on CNN, The Ellen Show, and VICE’s Noisey alongside Young Thug. 2010 saw Boosie begin his acting career appearing in Ghetto Stories. It also featured Webbie, Bun B, Tyrin Turner, and Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander.

The Resurgence Of Independent Hood Films

Recently, there has been a resurgence in support for independent Black film creators. One platform this is most evident on is Tubi TV. Over the past few years, the streaming service has seen a rapid rise in original Black productions such as Crosses, Plug Love, McGraw Ave, and many more. However, this isn’t a new trend; many classic Black films that are held in high regard today were independently produced. Films such as 3 Strikes, Friday, The Wash, Boomerang, Civil Brand, Gang Of Roses, and the majority of John Singleton’s early work were all produced with small crews and budgets. The successes of films like these helped to legitimize the selling ability of Black creatives to the powerhouse studios. It’s great to see Boosie and his team carrying on this legacy for a new generation.

Boosie Badazz Opens Up About Yung Bleu In The New Interview

Recently, the rapper Boosie Badazz was the star of an interview with VladTV, a YouTube channel created by Vladimir Lyubovny. Among other things, Boosie Badazz discussed his situation with Yung Bleu.

In one of the clips from the DJVLAD channel, Boosie revealed mistruths regarding multiple ongoing contract disputes. He may also take someone -well, almost everyone- to court.

In response to these statements, Boosie also clarified that he was not ‘necessarily’ talking about Yung Bleu, as he does not blame him for the misunderstandings between the two.

“Ain’t really in it. It’s just the people who [are] always behind it,” said Boosie. “People did some messed up business, and it’s going to come back to haunt everybody.”

VLADTV’s Outstanding Opinions

Likewise, Vlad confessed that he had no idea who Yung Bleu was before Boosie Badazz introduced him and“begged” the host, VladTV, to invite Bleu for an interview.

Vlad seemed unwilling to pass up the opportunity to make a strong statement.

“Once this artist that someone discovers ends up going platinum, the person rarely benefits the way they’re supposed to,” Vlad continued. “And the artist rarely stays loyal to the person that discovered them.”

Boosie then opined, agreeing with him but at the same time saying that it is all due to their bad decisions. But despite everything, and as a businessman, he has to do what is suitable for him.

Vlad’s immense support for the rapper Boosie, who directly supported him throughout the interview, was also clearly noticeable.

“I credit you to his [Yung Bleu’s] success now. You definitely took it over the top with him.”

The Public Opinion On Boosie

Public opinion is an essential factor in many situations. On this occasion, the vast majority of comments support Boosie.

Scrolling down into the comment section, there were several comments from fans about the interview and Badazz’s statements. Many users noted how hurt Boosie feels about this situation and the humility with which he continues to talk about his partner.

“Boosie still giving him the benefit of the doubt and still calling him the biggest and the greatest.”

As expected, Yung Bleu got the worst of it, as there are also several comments from people angry about his actions.

“Bleu gonna regret leaving Boosie for a major label later,” someone said. “When he finds out he’s owed millions from his music that he could’ve kept with Boosie, he gonna see!”

Controversial Clip: Boosie Goes Live On Instagram With 18-Year-Old Son and Inspects Women’s Body Parts Through A Magnifying Glass

Unfortunately, Boosie is one of those artists who will violate the Instagram guidelines, make a controversial post, and then wonder why his account has been suspended.

During a controversial Instagram live broadcast on Wednesday, Boosie examined the female parts of women with a magnifying glass during his Boosie Gone Bad event. Torrance Hatch Jr., his 18-year-old son, witnessed the antics as well.

In the video circulating on Twitter, Boosie can be seen looking very closely at the women. During this controversial clip, the participants spread their legs wide. As a result, Boosie, along with his son, took a peek at their business. “Look at the p***y, son,” Boosie said. Additionally, the rapper referred to their private parts as a turtleneck.

Controversial Clip Draws Strong Reactions on Instagram

A few commenters offered their opinions. One person said,

“This the same man who paid a woman to perform sexual acts on teenaged boys. Not surprised,” referring to Boosie saying he once paid a woman to give his son fellatio. Another person asked, “But Lil Nas X is the threat to children right?”

One commenter also stated,

“idk this one not funny to me and i have a dark sense of humor. And y’all already know boosie been exposing his sons to stuff like this well before 18 so miss me with that…” They continued to say, “But let it had been an 18 yr old girl on live with her mother looking at [eggplant emoji] of men twice her age with a magnifying glass. It’s something really closeted and perverse about Boosie.”

The controversial events surrounding Boosie are not new. Whether commenting on Dwayne Wade’s daughter Zaya Wade or about Lil Nas X, the Baton Rouge rapper never fails to express his opinions about how people raise their children or conduct themselves.

Boosie Badazz Talked To A Dog While Naked On Mushrooms

Today, March 3rd, DJ Vlad uploaded a sit-down with the Louisiana legend Boosie Badazz on Youtube. The conversation led the two into Boosie’s recent experiences with psilocybin mushrooms. In the interview, the Wipe Me Down rapper expressed how great his first mushroom trip was back in January.

While he is also in news outlets for his beef with NBA YoungBoy, this is at least a breath of fresh air to distract us from the feud. You can watch the Vlad video clip of Boosie breaking down his experience with shrooms below:

Boosie’s Psychedelic Journey So Far

As mentioned above, Boosie Badazz tried magic mushrooms for the first time back in January. Social media couldn’t get enough of this moment at the time, as it was pretty entertaining and random. Although, we are in a world now where psychedelic drugs are far less demonized & are often used recreationally by many. Something like this is entertaining for many fans because it’s a lot more common to see drug experimentation from new rappers. Here are some posts from Boosie during his first trip:

Bad Blood Boiling In Louisiana

In other news, Boosie Badazz is also currently in the middle of a feud with the viral Louisiana rap star NBA YoungBoy. Since YoungBoy took shots at the veteran rapper on the song I Hate YoungBoy,” Boosie has developed a response track fittingly titled “I Don’t Call Phones I Call Shots.” You can check out the diss record yourself below to hear for yourself. Boosie Clarifies Comments On Gay Community & Lil Nas X During The Breakfast Club Interview

Recently, Boosie sat down with The Breakfast Club, and his comments about the gay community arose. Also, Boosie discussed his opinion of Lil Nas X. Elsewhere, he was speaking about being banned on Instagram due to his controversial posts.

The reason Boosie vocalized his opinion on the gay community, and Lil Nas X was for the straight community who “don’t have an opinion anymore.” He also spoke up because other “straight rappers” stepped up to address young kids loving Lil Nas X.

Boosie

As the conversation continues, Boosie expresses that he feels like gay rappers are “taking our children” because “who love these rappers? The kids!” Moreover, he implies that they’re a negative influence on our younger generation.

A while back, Adam Mosseri, the shot caller at Instagram, went on The Breakfast Club for an interview. In their interview, the popular show asked him about banning Boosie yet allowing Kim Kardashian to post NSFW content. Boosie applauds DJ Envy for addressing “black and brown discrimination on Instagram.” Boosie believes Instagram went on to ban him because of the traction he receives on Instagram Live.

Instagram deactivates individuals accounts for violating community guidelines or terms of use. Posting illegal activities, hate speech, nudity, or graphic violence will disable someone’s account as well.

Boosie Kicked Out Six Flags; Blames Racists

Rapper Lil Boosie found himself kicked out of Six Flags and blames racist park employees. Boosie, who apparently had 15 flash passes for the Atlanta theme park, was at the center of the dust-up. The passes allow holders to skip the line at each ride. This privilege must have angered some guests enough to complain, which in turn caused an outburst by Boosie on Instagram.

Racists claims on Insta-rant

The off-camera altercation led to Boosie expressing his frustration at his haters. As a result, a  shirtless and visibly upset Boosie can be seen blasting whoever had something to say about his instant access to the rides. His tirade included offensive suggestions on how the nameless person could possibly raise money. “B###, get your money up! Get you a flash pass and stop hating!” Boosie also referred to the person as “a racist white b####”. He stated that in the future he will build his own water theme park to avoid such treatment.

Boosie Has No Filter

Aside from being kicked out of  Six Flags, Boosie Bad Azz is no stranger to drama. Racial profiling is his primary complaint. He previously violated Instagram community guidelines with a video post. Subsequently, the controversial rapper lost his original Instagram page which had 10 million followers last year. He tweeted that Instagram CEO Mark Zuckerberg was a racist for deleting his page. Because he has no filter when it comes to saying what he needs to, trouble seems to follow.

You can watch his rant which was posted to YouTube here:

Flavor Flav and Bossie’s Link Up Makes News

On July 12th, Flavor Flav and Boosie linked up for the promotion of Flav’s new podcast.

And fans were amped. The public has been comparing Flav to Boosie for a minute now, given their incredible likeness. But Flav did not always get down with the comparison. And Flav’s frustration was showing.

“… Boosie, look what the f–k you done started, son. You got everybody calling me you now. I don’t look like Lil Boosie. I look like Flavor muthaf–n’ Flav. So y’all get it right, right?”

Who can blame Flav

Artists work hard to craft their images. Flavor Flav is definitely an original despite the slight physical resemblance between him and Boosie. Flavor Flav found his way into the industry in the ’80s with super hip hop group Public Enemy. And as the hypeman, his presence was unmistakable. No one in the industry made the statement he made with his large shades, grill, and oversized clocks. Flavor was Flav’s specialty, and his fans rocked with him, especially on hits like “I Can’t Do Nuttin’ For Ya Man.” And it’s undeniable that he did his thing until he fell off due to an addiction.

Boosie was not always a Badazz.

Originally Boosie went by the name Lil’ Boosie. Lil’ Boosie didn’t enter the industry until the 90’s as a member of Concentration Camp. But in the 2000s, Boosie started to fly solo. Yet, he only began gaining major traction after joining Trill Entertainment Camp. Unfortunately, his career was not without its bumps. According to a source, Boosie found himself imprisoned on a drug possession charge. But In 2014, he emerged. He not only emerged with new music under his belt, “Incarcerated,” but a new name, Boosie Badazz. And from then on, his star kept rising, landing him multiple features and collabs.

And now both Flav and Boosie are working together

Despite Flav’s lack of comfortability with the comparison, he is for a moment embracing the hype. He is making it work for him. In talking about his upcoming podcast, Flav had this to say

“Yea, that’s right, everybody said this is my son, well we get the job done. Father and son get the job done. Ayo Bossie Badazz baby, and guess what gee the podcast coming.”

The new podcast will be appropriately named “The Flava Flav Show.” According to recent tweets, the show is soon to be streaming. So, buckle in because, knowing Flav, this promises to be quite a ride.
