Was Drake Provoking Ye Over Kim Kardashian and Chris Paul Cheating Allegations?

Drake has been accused of feuding with Ye. The reason is that Ye now spreads rumors about Kim Kardashian’s rumored fling with Chris Paul. A photo of Drake and his two other friends in the NBA Star’s jersey has resurfaced while promoting his album “Certified Lover Boy.” This also happened during Drizzy and Ye’s feud that is now over. The image suggested Drake may have known of the claimed affair. So, could Drake have possibly even known about the alleged affair?

Drake and Ye’s Feud Resolved?

Twitter users claimed Drake knew what he was doing and the subliminal diss was “psychological warfare.” But the pair’s rap feud was settled after J. Prince intervened. The founder of Rap-A-Lot Records was persistent in the pair settling their differences.

But the 6 God spits the below on his recent joint project with 21-Savage, “Her Loss,”

“Linking with the opps, b*****, I did that shit for J. Prince. B****, I did it for the mob ties…”

The Conspiracy Theories

This situation is also all on the heels of Ye’s contentious interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. Ye gushed about his “love” for Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.

He then posted a photo of Chris Paul on Twitter before his suspension from the social network after a swastika post, saying, “Let’s break one last window before we get outa here… I caught this guy with Kim… Goodnight.” TMZ also reported a familiar source said the allegations were completely false.

NBA Superstar, Chris Paul, Launches Plant-Based Snack Brand

NBA superstar, Chris Paul, went out from his comfort zone by starting a new brand of plant-derived snacks. The Phoenix Suns point guard announced a new partnership with food delivery service GoPuff.

The collaboration resulted in CP3’s new plant-based snack brand Good Eat’n. The company seeks to offer tasty plant food.

Paul himself acknowledged the difficulty in finding quality vegan snacks. The legendary point guard and GoPuff hope their new brand remedies that particular problem. Some find it odd for Paul to engage in this business venture; however, those more aware of Paul’s personal life see it as a natural progression.

Chris Paul’s Transformation

The twelve-time NBA all-star transitioned to a plant-based diet in 2019. The change stemmed from Paul’s viewing of the Netflix documentary “The Game Changers.” The film interviewed several athletes who credited their prolonged success to their plant-based diets. Paul, aged 34 at the time, neared the age that many other NBA players began to decline in performance or retire altogether. However, following his new dietary change, Paul resurged into basketball prominence.

Since then, he went to the NBA finals with the Suns, made several All-Star game selections, and made it onto two All-NBA Second Teams. Such a performance increase led Paul to initially become an advocate for the benefits of plant-based diets. Now, Paul aims to use this new brand to bring the benefits of that diet to the mass market of America.

Athletes Turned Businessmen

Paul’s announcement also follows the new trend of entrepreneurial superstar athletes. Recently athletes in all sports began to dip their toes into other realms as a potential money-making plan. Some, like Chris Paul’s fellow NBA stars, Lebron James, even ventured into sports ownership. Others also follow the simple and more common route of endorsement deals. However, if successful, Chris Paul’s new attempt could also inspire others to enter the snack industry.

Giannis Leads Milwaukee Bucks to Win in Game 5 Classic

Giannis helped Milwaukee get the series lead

The 2021 NBA Finals have been nothing short of epic. After an amazing Game 4 battle, the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns delivered another classic game to fans with Game 5. To no surprise, Giannis Antetokounmpo delivered plenty of highlights.

The former 2-time MVP dropped 32 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 assists. On top of that, he finished a dunk for the ages to seal the game. Up by 1 point with less than 20 seconds to go, Jrue Holiday stole the ball from Devin Booker and lobbed it to Antetokounmpo on the other side of the court. He was fouled by Chris Paul on the play.

Phoenix faces elimination

With Game 5 in the books, the Bucks now lead the series 3-2. The series will return to Milwaukee on Tuesday for Game 6. This game gives the Bucks the opportunity to win the NBA Championship right there, but the Suns will look to force a Game 7. It’s a must-win for Phoenix.

Giannis

There’s a ton at stake in this series. If the Bucks win, it will be their first NBA title since 1971, and the first for Antetokounmpo. If the Suns win, it will be the first title in franchise history, and shed Chris Paul’s status as one of the greatest players without a ring.

Check out the full highlights from Game 5 below.

Milwaukee Bucks Tie NBA Finals in Game 4 Thriller

The Milwaukee Bucks evened things up

It was looking like smooth sailing for the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Finals. They won the first two games of the series at home behind strong performances by Devin Booker.

As the series heads back to Milwaukee, however, the Bucks have kept their foot on the gas and brought the series to a 2-2 tie through 4 games. They won last night’s game 109-103.

It should be no surprise that the Bucks were led by Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton. The former contributed 26 points, 14 rebounds, and 8 assists to the box score. Middleton exploded for 40 points, adding 6 rebounds and 4 assists. The duo played 43 minutes apiece.

Giannis had the highlight of the night

The biggest moment of the night came in the last couple minutes of the game. Down 2 points, Devin Booker lobbed the ball to center Deandre Ayton in an attempt to tie the game. Antetokounmpo denied Ayton at the rim, delivering one of the most talked-about blocks since LeBron James blocked Andre Iguodala in the 2016 Finals.

Game 5 will find both teams attempt to take a 3-2 leads in the series. It will take place Saturday at 9 PM EST in Phoenix.

Giannis drops 41 in blowout Game 3 win for Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks aren’t done yet

Last night, the Milwaukee Bucks returned home to take on the Phoenix Suns in a critical Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Down 2-0 in the series, the Bucks did not back down but delivered a statement victory.

Former MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 41 points in 38 minutes for the Bucks. He also added 13 rebounds and 6 assists to the box score. Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton also contributed some good scoring, dropping 21 and 18 respectively.

The Phoenix Suns didn’t help themselves too much

While Antetokounmpo was a big proponent of the Bucks’ win, the Suns just didn’t play well. Devin Booker, who scored 27 and 31 in the first two games, only delivered 10 points in Game 3. He did this on 3-for-14 shooting from the field and only made 1 of his 7 three-point attempts. Chris Paul was the leading scorer for the Suns with 19 points.

Milwaukee Bucks

Game 4 of the NBA Finals will take place this Wednesday at 9 PM in Milwaukee. The Suns will look to take a commanding 3-1 lead while the Bucks will attempt to even the series.

In related news, rapper Freddie Gibbs just dropped a NBA Finals-themed freestyle.

Check out some highlights from the game below.

The Phoenix Suns Sweep the Denver Nuggets to Make Conference Finals

Suns in four!

On Sunday, the Suns knocked the Nuggets out of the playoffs entirely and are advancing to the conference finals. With a 4/4 sweep, they have time to prepare to take on either the Utah Jazz or LA Clippers for the bid to make the national championship.

The Suns have proven to be a western favorite. Despite being the second seed, their success against LeBron James and Anthony Davis’ Lakers is no small feat. With team leader and all-time great point guard Chris Paul recovered from his injury, Phoenix is one of the most well oiled machines in the league.

Everybody loves a good playoff villain, this year’s best example being Trae Young on the Atlanta Hawks. However, in the case of Chris Paul, he’s a full on playoff hero. After saving the Suns from losing to the Lakers, he continues to coordinate great play after great play. When the ball goes to Paul, you can expect a great pass, or, especially in the case of last night, a skilled mid range bucket.  Paul had a game-high 37 points while the young star, Devin Booker, brought in 34 himself. Even off the court he’s still a guy worth rooting for; just watch his State Farm commercials!

Defeating the Joker

Though Phoenix is the superior all-around team, Denver is led by this year’s NBA MVP Nikola Jokic. In an unceremonious end to his phenomenal year, the Joker was ejected in the third quarter. After a misinterpreted swat on Cameron Payne, immediately followed by a standoff with Booker, Jokic picked up a flagrant 2 foul. Though the Suns had the series in the bag, with a final score of 125-118, Jokic could have easily extended the series if he stayed in.

As the Suns await the victor of the Jazz/Clippers series, the 76ers are up 2-1 on the Hawks while the Bucks just brought their series against the almighty Nets to a 2-2 tie. This playoffs continues to get more and more exciting! Do you think the Suns will take the title?

LeBron James’ Lakers Bounced From First Round of the NBA Playoffs

LeBron James’ amazing streak comes to an end.

At 36 years old, 4-time NBA champion and MVP LeBron James has never been eliminated in the first round of the playoffs until last night.

After holding a 14-0 record in the opening round, James suffered a Game 6 loss that sent him home. The Phoenix Suns defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 113-100 on the latter’s home court.

Unsurprisingly, the Suns were led by another massive performance by Devin Booker. He dropped 47 points in 46 minutes, making 8 of 10 three-point attempts. Additionally, James’ banana boat buddy Chris Paul contributed 12 assists to the box score.

Lebron James and the Lakers

The Lakers were seemingly doomed when star big-man Anthony Davis went down with an injury in Game 4. He returned in Game 6 but only played 5 minutes and did not score any points.

James and his Lakers were the defending champions of the NBA, having won the championship last season in the Orlando bubble.

What’s next for King James?

While understandably frustrated with the loss, LeBron James is keeping his head up. In the postgame press conference, he humorously took the opportunity to promote Space Jam: A New Legacy. At the same time, he suggested he will not be participating in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

Despite his age, James is obviously a fierce competitor and we can fully expect him to return to the chase for another NBA title next season.

You can check out highlights from Game 6 below.
