On Tuesday night, Kim Kardashian slipped away to meet with Pete Davidson for a private dinner date. Although the socialite was rather brazen about going to the meet-up, she was reportedly dodgy when pressed about the exact nature of her relationship with Davidson. Naturally, fans have jumped to conclusions and are already calling these two an item because who doesn’t love drama. But how much truth is there to these accusations? Well, nothing convincing. But nobody wants to hear that, so instead let’s talk drama.

The Stars Align for Kardashian and Davidson

If Kardashian and Davidson were interested in starting a romance, now would be the perfect time to get heated. Kim Kardashian is in the final stages of her divorce from Kanye West, or rather Ye. At the same time, Davidson seems to have separated from his girlfriend Phoebe Dynevor. This means both are single and very possibly, ready to mingle. The rumors first started when photos showing the two holding hands were made public.

However, it is important to note that although Dynevor and Davidson were happy together, they decided to end things due to difficulties with long-term relationships, and just days after this late-night tryst, Kardashian has traveled to the other side of the country. Could this be what is holding the two of them back?

It Started Out With a Kiss

Public hand-holding may be the kind of steamy action that first turned people onto a possible romance, but fans believe feelings were first caught on SNL. During one of the Late Night performances nearly a month ago, Kardashian and Davidson were featured in an Aladdin parody. The two played Jasmine and Aladdin (respectively) on a romantic carpet ride, during which they shared a kiss.

Now, any veteran actress will tell you that there is a strict barrier between character and self. The things that happen on screen do not necessarily reflect the actress’ personal feelings… but Kim Kardashian doesn’t exactly consider herself an actress…

Kanye West Loses $60 Million Home To Kim Kardashian

It appears the divorce is still on for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian-West.  There have been speculations of the two possible reconciling after an impromptu wedding and several public sightings together.

The two battled for the $60 million dollar home they shared in Hidden Hills of Southern California. The Los Angeles County Court documents show that Kardashian is listed as the primary owner of the home.

The couple purchased the former home of Lisa Marie Presley in the gated community of Hidden Hills for $20 million.  They then renovated the home completely. The cost of the Kanye-driven renovation was a reported additional $20 million! Observers of the home post-renovation use names like “nightmare house” and “haunted museum.”

“It be your own kids”

Critics aren’t the only ones who seem to have a visual disinterest in the home’s minimal nature.  North West, daughter to the famed parents is less than thrilled to reside in the home.  Ellen DeGeneres asked Kardashian the meanest thing her child has said to her. She replied, “Whenever I have a disagreement with my daughter North, she believes it’s a dig at me and says things like, ‘Your house is so terrible, it’s all white!’ Who lives in such a way?’ She simply believes it affects me, which is cruel considering I enjoy my home.”

Despite North’s claims, Kanye and Kim designed the home to promote a pure and peaceful environment.  Architectural Digest published an article upon completion of the massive renovation. They insisted that their home is very kid-friendly.  Kanye shared, “The kids ride their scooters down the hallways and jump around on top of the low Axel tables, which they use as a kind of stage. This house may be a case study, but our vision for it was built around our family.”

Kanye has been making moves throughout the dissolution of his 7-year marriage.  It was reported days ago that he was selling his home in Wyoming. The rapper may be emotionally tied to the home he designed and shared with his family. There also stands the possibility that he may have had on his “petty boots” when fighting for the home. In hindsight, fans are glad the West children may reside in the home they’ve known since birth.

Dr. Dre Ordered to Pay Estranged Wife Additional $1.5 Million Amid Ongoing Divorce

Amid an ongoing divorce battle, Dr. Dre has been ordered by a judge to pay his estranged wife Nicole Young an additional $1.5M. That sum is to cover all legal fees accumulated by Young from the time of the divorce filing. (July, 2021) The $1.5M is an addition to the $300k a month that Dr. Dre was already paying her in spousal support which amounted to over $3.5M a year.

Nicole Young filed for divorce from Dr. Dre in June 2020, citing irreconcilable differences. They married in 1996, and were together for 24 years. Dr. Dre claims that the two of them signed a prenup that is still enforceable, however, Young has disputed the validity of it. She claims that she signed a prenup in 1996, after feeling pressured to do so, but Dr. Dre. tore it up years later in front for her as a grand gesture of his love for her. According to Young, the document said that she and Dr. Dre would split all assets, including any cash and real estate. She claims that she is entitled to half of his $800M fortune, and is seeking $400M.

Dr. Dre. and His Messy Divorce Battle

The divorce has become very messy. According to court documents, Dr. Dre was abusive towards Young in the marriage. She claimed that Dr. Dre held a gun to her head on two occasions, once in 2000, and then again in 2001. Young also claimed that he punched her in the face on two occasions, and kicked down their bedroom door as she hid from his rage in 2016. Just days after Young made the appalling accusations against Dr. Dre, he suffered a brain aneurysm that left him fighting for his life in the ICU of Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He was released from the hospital two weeks later, and returned home where he received 24/7 care as he recovered.

Earlier this month, Dr. Dre accused Young of embezzlement. He filed a lawsuit against her claiming that she stole approximately $353, 571.85 from a bank account that was set up for his Recording One music studio located in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The lawsuit states that Young “decimated” the bank account using the funds for her own personal obligations.

Dr. Dre Gives Estranged Wife $2 Million to Cover Living Expenses

Dre has attempted not to give his estranged wife $2 million, but if there’s a will, there is a way. In light of his hospitalization, Dr. Dre Wednesday missed his divorce case hearing to allow for his recovery. Their official divorce started in June 2020; a constant back and forth went on to settle the amount given to his wife. As they settle their divorce, Dre has been providing his estranged wife with $293,306 a month for living expenses.

Moreover, Dre believes it’s more than enough, but Nicole Young thinks otherwise.  This whole case has brought a lot of attention to the two, especially when last year in October, Dre’s business partner filed a report against Nicole for embezzlement. In court, there is evidence of her withdrawing $353,571.85 in August, but her legal team believed it to be a PR stunt from Aundre (Dr. Dre). This accusation came after she attempted to approve her $1.9 million request a month but was denied.

As time passed, she was able to wait it out and officially raise the bar. She believes that $2 million is more acceptable for her temporary spousal support, and she has even filed the documents. Nicole shares that Dre has more than enough to pay for the expenses based on the money he has in cash and what he achieved with Apple stock. Finally, legal documents share that Dre will now give his estranged wife $2 million to cover living expenses.

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Are Headed Toward Divorce

After 7 years of marriage, Kim Kardashian (@kimkardashian) and Kanye West (@kanyewest) are heading toward divorce.

After months of rumors about the two’s relationship status, Kim is reportedly filing for divorce with celebrity attorney Laura Wasser. “He knows that she’s done,” a source tells People about Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Kanye has been wanting to make it work, and Kim has tried for a long time, sources say.

Currently, Kim lives in California and runs her businesses, but her main concern is raising her children. West lives in his ranch in Wyoming at the moment and is also focusing on work. They have been living separately for a few months now.

Although the two have gone to marriage counseling, a source tells ET they haven’t made “much headway”.

KimYe’s Past Struggles

West participated in the 2020 presidential election, during which he said some pretty controversial and reckless things about his wife and family. He started his rally in South Carolina, and shocked many with statements such as implying Harriet Tubman did not actually free slaves and that he almost killed his daughter. Soon afterwards, he tweeted that he’s been trying to divorce Kardashian since 2018 and called his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, “Kris-Jong-Un” in another tweet.

Kim responded to West’s tweets and the public’s reaction on her Instagram stories. She asked her followers for compassion and understanding for her husband, who has bipolar disorder. She explained, “Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand.”

As to when Kim will file for divorce, a different source says that “it will happen eventually, but she’s waffling.”

Cardi B Files For Divorce From Offset

Cardi B (@iamcardib ) has filed for divorce from fellow hip-hop star Offset (@offsetyrn), well-known for being in the Atlanta trio Migos (@migos). The two were wed in 2017 secretly and share a 2-year-old daughter Kulture. Kulture was Cardi B’s first child and Offset’s fourth child, and it seems as though she is the only thing the two have in common anymore.

Cardi described their relationship as “irretrievably broken” and is seeking primary custody and child support from Offset. Cardi, real name Belcalis Almanzar, filed for the divorce in her husband’s home state of Georgia, where the couple has been living recently. People reports that Cardi supposedly filed after finding out that Offset had been unfaithful to her again.

In December of 2018, the couple split briefly after rumors of Offset cheating. He later tried to make a public apology during her performance at Rolling Loud by holding a sign made out of roses saying “Take me back Cardi”. Despite many of her fans bashing on him and calling the move “toxic”, Cardi still supported him and asked people not to speak poorly of him for trying.

Cardi spoke to Vogue in December 2019 about why she decided to stay with Offset despite his cheating and voiced that if he does it again, they’re done for good.

Being one of the highest-profile celebrity relationships in the US, their relationship is in the public eye more than others. Cardi B is one of the most respected and successful rappers in the industry and has more No. 1 singles than any female rapper. Her newest single, WAP, featuring Megan Thee Stallion (@theestallion) is No 1. on the charts right now. Offset is successful through his music with Migos, and recently released a solo album, Father of 4, featuring a hit track, Clout, with Cardi B herself.

#Cherry Juice Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Call It Quits

The most gorgeous and high profile couple of Hollywood are throwing in the towel.

Actress Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from her husband, Brad Pitt after only two years of marriage.

The couple met in 2004 on the set of  Mr. & Mrs. Smith and was the subject of speculation during Brad’s marriage to actress Jennifer Aniston. In January 2005, Brad has filed for divorce from Ansiton after a few months.

In 2014, they were married in a small, private ceremony in a chapel at Château Miraval in the village of Correns.

Jolie has experienced a serious number of health problems before and after the marriage. In 2013, she went through a double mastectomy, where Pitt has supported her through. Last year, Jolie has had her ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed in order to prevent the ovarian cancer that was spreading.

No details on the cause of divorce, as of yet.

A number of celebrity marriages ended this year, relationships we thought would last forever. Forever doesn’t seem like a long time any more, forever is just an overused “I love you.” It has no meaning and no depth. The person you thought were for better or for worse really isn’t because he was unfaithful, disloyal, abusive, or just a negative energy in your life. You realize that it’s time to exit from such a destructive marriage. That’s when you ask for a divorce. Never in your life would you think that you would be getting divorced from the man you thought was the love of your life. The divorce rate is said to be between 40-50 percent and increases for every subsequent marriage.

There are many reasons why couples’ marriages end in divorce. According to MSN, the top eight reasons that marriages end in divorce are lack of commitment, too much arguing, infidelity, marrying too young, unrealistic expectations, lack of equality, lack of preparation and abuse. Majority of these reasons can be prevented with counseling and communication between the couple. When your partner communicates issues to you about the relationship it’s important to listen. Those issues just may be the leading cause of your future divorce. When the tension is rising it will benefit the both of you to attend counseling and try to work the marriage out. A lot of couples don’t think to do this or don’t want to do this because counseling takes time. Healing takes time and patience, so a marriage isn’t going to go back to normal over night.

Divorce is often described as ugly and it’s not fun on the beach. For the divorce to be healthy and go smoothly communication, cooperation, and mediation are needed according to the American Psychological Association. Divorce can cause a flood of emotions to come flowing out of you. In order to maintain peace within yourself you must be kind and compassionate to yourself. This will make the divorce a little easier to cope with. Mediation is helpful compared to the battlefield of a courtroom. Sitting down with a psychologist or therapist can help the both of you reach decisions and agreements, rather than engaging in a heated argument due to frustration. During a time where your emotions aren’t getting the best of you, write down everything you will like to discuss with your soon-to-be ex-husband. You can use what you wrote as a guide so that you don’t miss anything.

Although the divorce rate is relatively high, there is still hope for us ladies! The divorce rate is slowly decreasing, which means we have more than a 50/50 chance to get married and stay married. Surprisingly, education is a factor in whether marriages last. According to the Wall Street Journal, college graduates are more like to get married and stay married. A study found that only a quarter of college graduates get divorced by middle age. Divorce is more common among those who have an education less than a bachelor’s degree.  So keep that in mind before you say “I do” at the altar.
