Brittany Renner Unleashes fury on Hosts of “Fresh & Fit Podcast!”

Brittany Renner, Social Media Presence,  showed up on a recent episode of the Akademiks sponsored “Fresh and Fit” podcast with an ax to grind!

“Fresh and Fit” Podcast

The Fresh and Fit podcast has quite a reputation, and it is not entirely positive. The Cohosts  Myron Gaines and Walter Weekes have a running reputation for misogynism. We got the receipts to confirm the duo’s less than positive biases about females, specifically of color, within the entertainment industry. Reports show earlier this month, Asian Doll promptly withdrew herself from their presence after being disrespected. Asian Doll later made it know exactly how she felt on Twitter,

The fiasco went viral! This led to the surfacing of other incidents of misogynistic treatment.

Renner Takes Back Her Power

Renner was not leaving without vocalizing her position. Tired of her treatment from the cohosts, Renner unleashed all her fury for the world to see. She cut straight to the quick of the matter.

“You’ve warned guys about girls like me, so tell me about girls like me. Humor me.”

The hosts promptly fired back, redirecting their comments as a general address to the general female populace. However, Renner was not accepting their indefensible glib comments. She was front and center, and she more than wanted an explanation; she demanded one.

“So now that we’re face to face, what kind of girl am I?”

The cohosts were backed into a corner and couldn’t respond fast enough.

Social Freedoms and Protections

People have opinions. And public forums are set aside for the expression of those opinions. Our societal freedoms preserve that privilege. However, those protections don’t free one from liability, especially when those views are incendiary, damaging, and borderline slanderous behavior.

Renner is Tired of All the Hits

Renner is no stranger to taking hits on social media. She has taken jabs but not face to face. In other instances, Renner did not have the opportunity to address Gaines and Weekes. However, she took complete control of her power when she received her chance. She didn’t back down from her position. Good on her!

Gaines & Weekes treading in Dangerous Waters

Renner is not the only one publicly scolding the behavior of Gaines and Weekes. After the Asian Doll controversy, Joe Budden made it his business to address the situation. He didn’t restrain himself,

“I don’t know these 2 Doofs, but they don’t get to do this. Too ignorant, inexperienced, insecure, fragile, and weak for this stale gimmick to not be seen through.”

That’s proper!

No one knows how this will end. Perhaps Gaines and Weekes will ultimately get the point and transform their narrative to a more empowering one. Maybe they won’t; after all, it’s a free country, and people believe what they believe. One thing is sure; ideas only spread when people support them. So perhaps it’s time to switch up the game.

Much applause goes to Renner for taking back her power. Whether or not Gaines or Weekes heard it, we did!

Master P Announces No Limit Reunion Tour; Wack 100 Claims He’s Broke

Master P and his record label, No Limits Records, were very famous in the 90s. He and the artists that were attached to the label are going on a reunion tour. Legendary artists  Silkk The Shocker, Mystikal, Mia X, Fiend, and more, are expected to hit the stage. This is in the midst of a rumor that he is currently broke.

The No Limit Reunion Tour begins on February 4 and as of January 19, ends on May 21. There is also a postponed concert planned for Gary, Indiana whose date still needs to be determined. All of the concerts are in southern states, and one in Nebraska. The newest addition to the tour is New Orleans on April 22. Tickets are currently for sale.

Wack 100 claims Master P is broke

Wack 100 has recently appeared on Clubhouse and claims that Master P is currently broke. This is not the first time that he had said something controversial. It is a massive stretch. He is basing all of this through Master P not releasing new music for a while. Wack does not know that P has several streams of passive incomes. He has several movies and tv shows on streaming platforms. In 2020, he has also started a food product brand. Forbes is calling Master P the 6th richest rapper in the world with $200 million, richer than Drake’s $185 million.

It is understandable where the confusion lies. Publicly, he may have gathered that No Limits Records was forced to close due to bankruptcy. It is also possible he uncovered an article from 2014 where Master P’s ex-wife took over $178 million in the their divorce. Simply looking up P’s net worth may have skewed his logical direction. The validity of the article is questionable seeing it is from 2014.

All in all his conclusion that Nick Cannon’s approximate $30 million, is worth more than Master P, is false.
