Marilyn Manson Charges Will Most Likely Be Dropped

Marilyn Manson may not face sexual assault charges after all. He has been involved with this case for over a year now. Still, detectives have not found substantial evidence to find Manson guilty. The victim’s statements don’t seem truthful, detectives state.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office will decide when the detectives are to disclose the investigation. The Special Victims Unit visited Manson’s home in November, delivering a warrant. The order was to search the artist’s house and retrieve hard drives with USBs.

Manson v. Wood

Marylin Manson faced charges of abuse. For example, he allegedly locked women in a soundproof room as punishment. His former girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood, has publicly announced Manson’s abusive behavior. Although she claimed she went through abuse, Manson filed a lawsuit against her.

The artist filed the case because he believed Wood created a fake letter pretending to be an FBI agent stating that he was under investigation. She then allegedly sent this letter to Manson, his prior girlfriends, and the media in hopes of tarnishing his name. Manson and his team have cooperated with authorities as they continue to deny all allegations.

The Best of Friends

Johnny Depp has been facing the exact charges as Marilyn Manson. Ironically, they have been friends for decades! Depp is suing his ex-wife for $50 million because of defamation. His trial is in recess now, so all eyes are on Manson. Many people have jumped on Twitter to weigh in on both situations.

Users say that Amber Heard, Depp’s ex-wife, and Evan Rachel Wood have distinct similarities. In their eyes, Johnny and Marilyn are the ones going through abuse. Both stars have very active and loyal fan bases. Some of Johnny Depp’s fans have spent over $30,000 traveling to the trial to support.

Other loyal fans have taken to social media platforms like TikTok to accuse Heard of faking. Meanwhile, Marilyn Manson’s fans have started a hashtag, #IStandWithMarilynManson.
