Kodak Black Spoke Out Against Tory Lanez’s Verdict, Addressed Meg Thee Stallion And JAY-Z

Tory Lanez has been found guilty of shooting hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion in 2020. Now Kodak Black has decided to join the chat with pro-Tory Lanez commentary against business mogul Jay-Z and the Houston rapper. Kodak addressed the situation on Instagram Live.

Tory Lanez Convicted

The Canadian rapper was convicted of felony negligent firearm discharge, assault with a semi-automatic handgun, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm. The 30-year-old faces more than 20 years in prison.

Kodak was not a fan of the trial being so close to the holidays and defended Lanez’s character. Then he went on to say, “now I wasn’t even in the courtroom, but at the same time, if there is some f***ed up sh** going on… {they} ain’t gonna want to say nothing because this whole politics bullsh**, and then all this JAY-Z sh**, homie.”

The Florida rapper said this verdict messed with him because Lanez is a good person. He also said he was a good person too, and they have a kindred spirit. But being a good person and committing a crime does not correlate with one another.

Kodak Says Meg “Caught In a Few Lies”

Kodak Black went on to make sure he explained that he’s against violence towards women. However, later on, he said, “Megan, you supposed to be from the streets. Even if it was a damn gunshot, what the f***?” In addition, Kodak Black poked at the 27-year-old for being “caught in a few lies” on the witness stand during Tory Lanez’s trial.

Thee Stallion did contradict herself when she admitted that she had been intimate with Tory Lanez before the shooting. Meg told Gayle King in an emotional interview, “I didn’t have a sexual relationship with Tory.”

Kodak went on to say he is a God-fearing man and that if Tory did commit the crime, God would give him a justifiable punishment that God feels Tory deserves.

JAY-Z Faces Insults Too

The 25-year-old rapper, who has a couple of tracks with the Canadian artist, insulted and called JAY-Z a few names as well. The legendary New York rapper’s company, Roc Nation, manages Meg. “Who advised that sh** to be right before Christmas? And JAY-Z standing behind that sh**,” Kodak added.

Tory Lanez’s sentencing will take place later next month.

Tory Lanez Ordered To house Arrest, Seen Charging Ankle Bracelet!

Tory Lanez was involved in a few altercations these past couple of years. Although he plead not guilty, the Los Angeles judge ordered him to house arrest.

TMZ reports that the rapper is ordered to house arrest until November 28th. This is when his trial with Megan Thee Stallion begins. Back in September, Lanez was accused of attacking August Alsina in Chicago which led to his court-ordered house arrest. There was not only a video that surfaced but also an Instagram post where Alsina is seen with a bloody mouth, in which he claims that Tory assaulted him all because he didn’t greet the rapper. August said, “There was never a “fight”! Simply an assault.”

Tory keeps his head high going into house arrest.

On Monday, October 31st, the “Broke In A Minute” artist was seen outside the Corrective Solution facility in Los Angeles. Although no charges were filed in the Alsina case, Tory’s attorney, Shawn Holley argued that allegations made by August were without hard proof. Lanez was caught walking and smiling as you can notice him charging the metal tracker on his ankle.

While the star will be on house arrest, prosecutors are continuing to argue that Tory needs to remain in custody as he keeps violating the conditions of his bail regarding his case with Megan. They claim he is a threat to public safety and monetary bail wont slide. As of right now, Lanez is being charged for firing the gun that injured Meg back in 2020. Things are not looking good for the “Say It” rapper as he will be spending quite some time at home.

In other related news, Tory Lanez has been keeping himself positively productive as he’s not only dropped his Sorry 4 What album but also featured on many tracks. Recently the artist collabed with Diddy on a “Gotta Move On” remix with Fabulous. He also worked with A Boogie on the track “Take Shots” and Hotblock Jmoe on “9 X Outta 10.”

Many of Megan Thee Stallion’s performances involve plenty of twerking. The rapper is known to get down and clap those famous cheeks of hers. It’s not too often that fans get to experience it up close. However, the hot girl artist took to Instagram to share a video she recorded on a fan’s phone that was thrown onto the stage, where you can see plenty of booty.

According to Hot New Hip-Hop, yesterday, August 29th, Meg shared a clip on Instagram twerking for a fan’s recording phone. With flashing purple and pink lights brightening the scene, the camera is facing up towards Meg and she looks down to see it recording, turns around, and gives a little shake. In the Instagram post, she says,

“Somebody threw their phne on stage already recording 😂😂😂 I said welp🤷🏽‍♀️”

After giving some generous booty action, she picked up the phone and made sure it got to its rightful owner.

In other news, recently the “Plan B” rapper was welcomed on Yung Miami’s new podcast, Caresha Please. In the steamy episode, Meg and Miami get into their sexuality and sex life. Admitting that she is bisexual, when asked by the City Girl rapper if Meg would have sex with her she replies, “yeah, I would.” She continues to add that woman just know how to please each other. She also says in regards to having sex with a man, “You not about to look like that man in that video. So b**ch, don’t you ever put no expectation on me…Comfortable sex is the best sex.”

Megan Thee Stallion, Jennifer Lopez Join Latest Coach Campaign

Meg Thee Stallion and Jennifer Lopez are the latest superstars to be a part of the latest campaign for the luxury brand Coach. Joining the Grammy-winning rapper and Lopez are newcomers Noah Beck, Wisdom Kaye, Kōki, Dean Fujioka Shawn Dou, and also many others. See their latest short video called “That Their Ride” as part of the new Horse and Carriage campaign below.

Coach’s creative director Stuart Vever also released a statement about the exciting new campaign. “Joyful and optimistic, Spring 2022 celebrates our house codes through the point-of-view of a new generation,” Vevers said. “It expresses what I’ve always loved about Coach, which is the way our heritage can be a platform for individual expression and bold ideas that shape the future.” Expect to see billboards on advertisements around New York City soon.

Both Meg and Lopez have been spokeswomen for Coach for quite some time. Megan wore Coach to last year’s Met Gala, with Lopez bringing in her family to be a part of some of the campaigns as well. Michael B. Jordan is also a spokesperson for Coach.

New Music

Megan recently collaborated with Shensheea on her song “Lick.” The music video now has over four million views. It is the first release of new material from Hot Girl Meg. Her last album, Something for the Hotties, came out in October. Lopez is set to release the soundtrack to her upcoming film Marry Me with Owen Wilson on February 4. It will include their two-song collaboration “Pa’ Ti + Lonely” and Lopez’s “On My Way.” She performed “On My Way” at the 2021 American Music Awards. The movie is due on February 11.

Meg’s Influence

In December, Megan graduated from Texas Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in health administration. Shortly after graduating, many former dropouts have considered enrolling again. According to TMZ, Dr. Monica Rasmus, program director for Texas Southern University’s Health Administration program, said there was an influx of one-time dropouts steadily finding their way back and getting re-enrolled.
