Tory Lanez, famous for his legal challenges, is now facing the charges of his Miami condo’s foreclosure. The artist is yet again in court.
Initially, Tory Lanez took a loan with BH 4908 LLC in 2018. The artist promised to pay $1.8 million for a 2,182 sq. ft. penthouse within several years. Lanez supposedly had to bring $11,057.40 in every month and repay the rest of the mortgage in December 2021.
However, at some point, things went wrong. The artist now owes a total of $1,237,456.06 to the company. This includes both the principal and the interest of the loan.
BH 4908 LLC claims the artist still lives in the luxurious Miami condo. Tory himself has not yet commented on the matter.
The foreclosure incident comes, of course, amidst the other Tory Lanez’s legal woes.
Tory Lanez v. Megan Thee Stallion
Another court case Tory Lanez is currently facing is when he allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot. After the feud with Tory, her, and Kelsey, Meg’s friend, the incident took place. The legal drama started in 2020 when Meg pressed charges against Lanez.
Tory, however, claimed that Thee Stallion is a liar. The feud kept taking place, then Meg posted screenshots of her conversation with Tory, allegedly after the shooting.
“Lie yo way out of this … if you aint do s*** what you was apologizing for,” Meg wrote in the caption. “THEY GOT YOU RECORDED ON THE JAIL PHONE TALKING TO KELSEY APOLOGIZING BEGGING US NOT TO TALK.”
Later on, however, Tory responded to Megan’s claim. He explained, “good D*ick had me fucking 2 best friends …. and I got caught … that’s what I apologized 4.”

DJ Akademiks also supports Tory and thinks he’s innocent. The host claims evidence was not present on the gun allegedly used to shoot Meg in the foot.
The case is still ongoing.
