Young Thug Appears On Cassius Jay’s New Single ‘Personal’

Young Thug continues to kill features

Young Thug is continuing to prove that he’s one of the best feature artists in the game. So far in 2021, he’s done his thing on projects by 21 Savage, Lil Baby & Lil Durk, Polo G, Doja Cat, and more. Additionally, he released a collaboration-heavy album this year with his label, Young Stoner Life, in Slime Language 2.

His latest effort is on “Personal” by producer Cassius Jay. He lends vocals to the whole track, crooning about spoiling his girl. Jay made the playful beat alongside Thug’s go-to producer Wheezy.

Fans were waiting patiently

Though the song just released yesterday, fans have been waiting for the track for years. Snippets of the track originally surfaced back in 2018.

Cassius Jay and Young Thug previously collaborated on the tracks “Guwop” and “Kanye West.” Jay has also produced tracks such as Future and Drake’s “Used To This” and Migos and Travis Scott’s “Kelly Price.”

It’s not confirmed whether or not the duo’s latest collaboration will be part of an upcoming project or just serve as a one-off single.
