Death Row Records Has Found a Way to Honor its Most Historical Moments
For their 30th anniversary, former record label Death Row Records has launched a virtual museum. Titled “The Death Row Experience,” the museum features a historical timeline of the record label’s creation and rise. The museum includes many famous albums included within the gallery. The familiar names of 2pac, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and more will have their albums included in the museum gallery.
TillaVision is the artist and creator behind the virtual museum. Previously, he has worked with many notable names in the rap community. In an interview, he called the experience of working with Death Row Records and its creators “an honor.” Along with this, he talked about the importance of the virtual museum.
“We’re laying the groundwork for infinitely explorable space fans can enjoy their favorite Death Row Records music and memories.”
Not only does the virtual museum feature the most iconic moments of the record label, but fun additions to include fans. Fans of the record label can upload memorabilia of the record label. Additionally, there are active phone lines for fans to call. The Scavenger hunts, NFT sales, iconic merch, and 30 different easter eggs are more things fans have to look forward to exploring in the virtual museum.
Also, new additions will be uploaded on the 30th of every month for the rest of the year in honor of the label’s 30th anniversary. Clearly, fans and history buffs have a lot to look forward to!
