King Von and NBA YoungBoy, and DaBaby are dropping tomorrow!
King Von and YB Albums On The Same Day is NOT a Coincidence
It seems like NBA YoungBoy did this on purpose. Well, at least that’s how Boss Top is feeling. After all, this isn’t just a coincidence. NBA YoungBoy has been openly beefing with the OTF camp for weeks now. King Von is set to drop his posthumous album tomorrow, What It Means To Be King, while NBA YoungBoy and DaBaby have a joint project titled Better Than You.
Boss Top Speaks On King Von
Boss Top, a member of Lil Durk’s OTF, posted a handwritten note stating “King Von Better Than Both of You Friday” on Instagram. Next to the letter was his O-Block chain, reminding the public of where he’s from. Boss Top decided to do this after seeing DaBaby’s post on Instagram earlier that his tape with YoungBoy was dropping this week on Instagram in the same handwritten fashion.
Lil Durk and NBA Youngboy have had beef in the past, but it quieted down. But as of lately, the feud has been reignited. Instead of dropping his album 7220, Durk instead dropped his single, ‘AHHH HA.’ In this song, he supposedly has few lines for Youngboy. Not only, Youngboy, but his ex-girlfriend as well. She was linked to Von at one point. As Durk states in the song, he tried to warn Von about her as she is an OnlyFans model. Youngboy retaliated back with his own single, ‘I Hate YoungBoy.’ Indeed, in a diss track, NBA Youngboy returns the favor to Durk by taking shots at him as well as his fiancée India. Youngboy also dissed King Von, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, Lil Durk’s Dad, Boosie Badazz, and many more in the 4-minute long track.
Guilty By Association?
I’m not sure how DaBaby ended up in all of this. Hopefully, it’s just to make music, and he isn’t into the feud between Durk and Youngboy. I guess we’ll only tell by the music. If Youngboy takes shots at Durk, will DaBaby be guilty by association? By that note he posted, we can assume Boss Top already feels he is guilty by association. He did write that King Von was better than the BOTH of them.
All in all, we don’t want the beef, just great music. These are all fantastic artists, and we hope their feud resolves one day. We’ll be tuning into both projects, and be sure they’ll both have great music!
