“Still D.R.E.” Is Claimed Apolitical In The Wake Of Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Twitter Video

Hip-hop legend Dr. Dre is definitely “Still D.R.E.,” but doesn’t want Republican U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene reminding everyone. Dre sent her a cease and desist after she used “Still D.R.E.” in a social media video post. The artist’s lawyers are demanding MTG stops using Dre’s music.

“Still D.R.E.” Background Music For MTG?

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene used “Still D.R.E.” in a Twitter video as the attention-seeking GOP member walked to the House floor in the clip, and 1999 hit played in the background. The composition with no lyrics in the clip, just the instrumental version. Greene’s video took place during the 15th and final session of the vote for the House Speaker.

The clip also showed Greene making her infamous phone call to Former President Donald Trump, which is said to have helped GOP Rep. Kevin McCarthy gain the title of Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. Greene was a big supporter of McCarthy in his days-long vote to become Speaker of the House.

“[Dre]… Will Never Grant [Greene] Permission…”

The Compton native said he does not license music to politicians, especially someone as divisive as Miss. Greene. His lawyer — Howard King — also sent a letter obtained by TMZ saying, “[Dr. Dre] has not, and will never grant you permission to broadcast or disseminate any of his music.”

Dr. Dre, also known as Andre Young, made sure his legal team got Twitter to block her post. The platform also locked her account.

King has set a deadline for the cease and desist. Greene must comply with the demands before January 11 by 5pm EST.

Greene: QAnon Promoter

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who represents the 14th congressional Georgia district, supports the conspiracy theory QAnon and has alleged ties in white nationalist circles.

The Republican Representative even said she would have “won” the January 6 Capitol attack if she had planned it with Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon.

Master P Says “I’m not an ATM machine” To His Son Romeo Miller

Rapper and record executive Master P claims that the recent feud between his oldest son, Romeo Miller, is actually over money and not the recent death of Tytyana Miller. Tytyana was Master P’s 25-year-old daughter, who died earlier this year from an accidental fentanyl intoxication.

Why is the father and son feuding?

A social media battle happened between the record executive and his son after not speaking for months. Romeo called out his father after P addressed the suicide of DJ and Dancer Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, but allegedly the 52-year-old wasn’t very present for his own child’s struggle with mental health. The pair had instagram on fire.

Romeo posted a poem in response to his father at one point, called “The Tree of Trauma.” The actor said poetry is one of the most powerful forms of therapy. His caption also included, “Let’s educate and break these cycles together! Your mental health is just like a muscle that needs to be built and treated. The next generation will grow stronger because of our truths and as a man of God, I know mines will one day too. The Tree of Trauma.”

Apology From Master P?

The No Limits Records founder issued an apology of sorts to his son. He spoke on the death of his daughter and spoke in confusion about him thinking this feud was about ‘tWitch,’ but the hip-hop pioneer business mogul revealed this situation was really about money.

“I’m not an ATM machine,” Master P said in a post on Instagram. He said if he is wrong he is apologizing and that he is a work in progress. Miller Sr. said he wants to do this in love and in peace. However, he did jab at his eldest son slightly in the video. Diddy, T.I., Tasha Cobbs Leonard and some other well-known figures commented in support of the New Orleans-native’s video.

Birdman Speaks On Rick Ross Jacking His Style

Birdman is continuing to add fire to the long beef between him and Rick Ross. The legendary boss man sat down with DJ Akademiks on his “Off The Record” podcast praising the rappers on his label Cash Money Records. He gave a special shoutout to Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne for becoming the worldwide superstars they are today. Birdman also praised Future, Yo Gotti, Juvenile and DJ Khaled, but had some other words for Rick Ross.

“Ross been sittin up under me forever,” he said. “[He’s] been stalkin my style; peepin my sauce.” The beef between Birdman and Ross has been ongoing for quite some time.

Birdman and Rick Ross Beef

The ongoing feud between Birdman and Ross started back in 2017. While Birdman and Wayne were in a feud at the time. Ross came to Weezy’s defense in the song “Idols Become Rivals.” Ross rapped “I pray you find the kindness in your heart for Wayne/His entire life, he gave you what there was to gain/I watched this whole debacle so I’m part to blame.” In an interview with Scottie Beam for BET Networks, Ross spoke about the track. He used the analogy of a student admiring someone but later seeing their true colors once that student gets to finally work with them.

Ross then spoke with Atlanta’s Hot 107.9, clarifying that the song was not a diss record but a “clean your face record.” The rapper also revealed that the track also defends DJ Khaled. Birdman allegedly had caused Khaled “pain” and “put him in a hole” at the time the two were working together.

Birdman responded to this in an interview with Complex in 2019, saying “So, when another n***a in another n***a business, to me, that’s a violation. That’s how I come up, simple. I ain’t ever been no man to speak down on no man in this music business, never did.”

Like Wayne and Khaled, whom both Birdman praise, we all can hope that one day Ross will eventually be praised by the boss man at some point down the line.

After The Feud, Tank Considers Himself And Yung Bleu To Be “Friends”

Recently, R&B singer Tank made headlines for commenting on a tweet that The Shade Room posted from one of Yung Bleu’s fans, stating, “Yung Bleu might be the new king of R&B. This brotha only makes bangers.”.

Tank replied to that post, saying, “I’m glad I’m from a different generation cause y’all wild,” adding laughing emojis.

Following the recent viral success of his feature with Drake, “You’re Mines Still,” Yung Bleu took to social media to call Tank “bitter.”

“Another episode of a bitter old n####! Tank u still waiting on that verse that’s why u mad,” Bleu claimed. “U supposed to be a Og! U commenting on shade room acting like a female.”

Tank Clarifies His Stance Regarding Yung Bleu

AllHipHop spoke with Tank before his performance at Famelive’s event at the Globe Theater in downtown Los Angeles, which kicked off LA Fashion Week. Tank clarified his position regarding the tweet Yung Bleu made proclaiming himself to be King R&B.

The “Please Don’t Go” singer is familiar with Yung Bleu’s work. Therefore, he had nothing but kind words to say about him.

“Oh yeah, I know him. I have his number, so I support him,” Tank told AllHipHop. “Listen, and even after the exchange, I have no ill will toward the kid. I still love his music. His song came on the radio today, and I turned him up.”

The song he heard was Yung Bleu’s collaboration with 2 Chainz and Chris Brown, “Baddest,” and “Collaborative Lies,” featuring Kehlani.

Tank continues,

“I love anybody, especially my young, Black kids that are being successful, that are not in the hood doing no dumb s###.”

New Album Coming

Tank is preparing to release his new album, “R&B Money,” in terms of his own music. Furthermore, he is undertaking a headlining tour to promote the project. A fan favorite, “I Deserve,” will also be celebrated as his No. 1 record.

Tank’s love for fashion was evident before he hit the stage when he sported a Mastermind top with Bottega jeans and a YSL shirt.

Pete Davidson And Ye Have A Man-To-Man Chat In Text Messages

Pete Davidson and Ye finally took their feud out of the public. Like real men, they now send each other text messages to figure out who should be dating Kim Kardashian.

Ye is now posting videos complaining about godless Tiktokers belittling him as a paternal figure. He also goes after Kim, who apparently keeps him away from his children. Oh, and the media, which is obviously why Kim keeps their kids away from Ye.

Luckily, Ye now also obtains “the best advice from Tory Lanez,” which is “to pray and ask the God to speak through me.”

For heads-up, Tory is currently facing felony charges for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot twice. Anyways, back to the text messages.

Ye & Skete

The following texts ended up on the Internet after Pete’s friend got permission from Davidson to share them. It’s not clear whether anyone asked the same question to Kim Kardashian.

“Yo it’s Skete,” Davidson started the text feud, using his new Ye-designed nickname. “It’s 8am and it don’t gotta be like this.” It’s unclear what happened before their conversation and what exactly “don’t gotta be like this.”

After giving Pete a little attitude about using profanity (“fucking lucky,” “grow the fuck up”), Ye asked the stand-up comedian about his current location. In response, Davidson started acting funny. “In bed with your wife,” the comedian responded to the artist. He also attached a morning selfie. At least, he didn’t attach Kim to his morning selfie for the world to see later.

Pete Davidson, Ye Have A Man-To-Man Chat In Text Messages
Pete Davidson is basically like those dudes who cap “my Kardashian-style gf” under the pictures of their significant others on social media. The only difference is that Pete Davidson goes out with an actual Kardashian. And Ye is just an asshole, but that’s business as usual. Strength and patience to Kim Kardashian. Image source: TMZ.

Ye responded, saying he was happy to see Pete out of the hospital and rehab. Davidson said it does wonders and suggested Ye also visits it (one of the good sides of having mental health issues is that you get to throw insults like that). The stand-up comedian also called the hip-hop artist “a little internet b***h boy.” Poor Kim.

Nice Guy & The Religious Man

The feud then went on, with Pete being Mr. Nice Guy and explaining to Ye that his actions are wrong, mkay? Ye religiously kept inviting Pete to Sunday Service. Davidson said he wants to meet after Sunday service and “talk it out in my room. Privately one on one. Man to man.”

It seems that their “man to man” conversation will turn into another Internet feud. Both will get their ratings up and not actually figure anything out. But I can, of course, be wrong.

Mr. Nice Guy & Mr. Messiah figure it out like real men. Image source: TMZ.

Maybe Pete Davidson is actually the most excellent man in the world. He’s just looking out for some family he met several months ago instead of showing off the fact that he’s sleeping with Kanye West’s ex-wife.

He also was probably in a very unsafe situation when leaking the messages. After all, unless out of safety concerns, why else would someone put the text messages with the father of their significant other’s children in public? You know…

“If you continue to press me like you have for the past six months I’m gonna stop being nice,” Davidson said at the end of the conversation with Ye. He also destroyed my argument in the two last paragraphs above.

Oh, well.

It might even be possible that Ye is not a Christian-right nut who’s blaming media outlets for his family woes. He just has some secret information, and Illuminati is trying to completely destroy the family values with their fake news and Tiktokers.

Oh well.

Kanye West is finally ready to move past his differences with Drake. As he ends the feud, he asked the Certified Lover Boy to accompany him on stage for a show.

Kanye West ends beef with Drake/ via RevoltTV

On Monday November 8th, J. Prince shared a video of him with Kanye.

According to Hype Beast, The DONDA rapper met with J. Prince at the Rothko Chapel in Houston, Texas. There was a video posted by J Prince which revealed West standing side by side with Prince, as ‘Ye reflects on his past issues with the Toronto rapper. The caption reads,

“I met with @kanyewest [last] night in Htown at the Rothko Chapel… Movement thinkers dream of a better tomorrow, a bigger picture, longevity choices and humbling themselves to forgive… I met with Ye to pass on the message from my brother Larry Hoover… He would like to see peace between the two of them.”

“I’m making this video to address the ongoing back and forth between myself and Drake. Both me and Drake have taken shots at each other and it’s time to put it to rest. I’m asking Drake on Dec. 7 to join me on stage as a special guest to share the two biggest albums of the year live in Los Angeles with the ultimate purpose being to free Larry Hoover,” Ye said. “I believe this event will not only bring awareness to our cause, but prove to people – everywhere – how much more we can accomplish when we lay our pride to the side and come together.”

The Champagne Papi – Ye Beef

The beef between the two started back in 2009 after Drake called Kanye “the most influential person on his sound”.  After Kanye cut Drake’s sample verse from the studio version of ‘All of the Lights’, the two have been butting heads.

While Kanye Drake have been at it for over a decade, the two most recently came for each other this summer during the releasing of their albums, Donda and Certified Lover Boy, after Ye leaked Drake’s address.

Andre 3000 Issues Statement Regarding the Leaked Song “Life of The Party” with Kanye

It’s not often we get to hear from the nomadic legend and arguably one of the best MCs in the rap game. Mr. Andre 3000, who is rarely spotted out in the public eye, the last we saw of him he was in a random town playing the flute blending in with civilians not trying to be seen at all. One thing he always does is gift us with a feature like we’ve never heard before. This time we finally caught a glimpse of him on an unreleased track on Kanye West’s 10th studio album Donda, which by our surprise never made it to the final album cut.

Drake leaks unreleased Kanye x Andre 3000 track

Somehow the track got in the hands of Drake himself, Kanye West’s camp suspects there is a mole, or someone on his team paid someone off to send the track to Drake. Either way, Drake released the track on Sirius XM radio blasting the internet and we can’t get enough of hearing Andre 3000 come to life.

Andre wanted no part of the beef

Though the track was beautiful and filled with so much emotion, Mr. 3000 had no intention of being part of the 3-year brewing feud between Drake and Kanye West. He issued a statement explaining his distaste for how the track release went down.

“The track I received and write to didn’t have the diss verse on it and we were hoping to make a more focused offering for the Donda album, but I guess things happen like they are supposed to.” Andre expresses his gratitude for both artists and she’s his desire to work not only with Kanye and Drake but with Lil Baby, Tyler, and Jay-Z as well. Initially, Kanye reached out to Andre for the track placement that shared similar grief in pain seeing how both lost their mothers to heart conditions. Kanye’s mother passed in 2017 and Andre’s mother passed in 2013 (per Peoples).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUXgq_C9LcU

If you have not had a chance to hear the song snippet, check it out here. Tell us in the comments what you think about the situation. Should Drake have released Kanye’s song? Is Kanye wring for recruiting Andre for a diss track?

DaBaby and Megan Thee Stallion Get into a Heated Twitter Battle

DaBaby is in hot water after retweeting an insensitive joke about Tory Lanez allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion

Up until Saturday, Dababy and Megan Thee Stallion had a good relationship. They are frequent collaborators, most notably on Meg’s track “Cry Baby” off of her latest album Good News. On Saturday, DaBaby retweeted a joke from a fan account that read “I guess [DaBaby] and [Tory Lanez] cool now bc [they] both shot somebody and don’t have to do no jail time” which did not sit well with Meg. Following this, Megan Thee Stallion came to Twitter to voice her opinion on DaBaby’s choices to collaborate with Lanez and take part in joking about Lanez allegedly shooting her in 2020.

Megan Thee Stallion made it abundantly clear that her trauma is not a laughing matter, especially on the internet.

In response, DaBaby claimed he only retweeted the fan’s tweet by accident. He said, “ion got no bad energy for ya,” and that she should ignore the “industry” and stay focused on her grind. People were quick to side with Megan over the feud. Meg and her supporters came after Baby for retweeting the insensitive joke. Also, supporters came at Baby for collaborating with Lanez when he claimed to support her after the incident.

DaBaby ended the argument by repeating that he had no beef with Megan and that he wanted to stay out of her personal drama.

To summarize, it’s clear that Baby sometimes forgets his limits when it comes to other people’s beef. His collaboration with Tory Lanez has definitely compromised future collaborations and projects with Meg. We hope the two can clear the air, and DaBaby can go back to supporting her in the future.

Be sure to check out Megan Thee Stallion giving back to her community!

Nas “Honored” To Have Jay-Z Feud As Part of His Legacy

Nas “Honored” for Jay-Z Feud

From a feud that dates back to 1996, it all started when Nas failed to show up for his recording with Jay-Z. Since then, there have been multiple shots back and forth between the two through various songs. When Jay-Z freestyled on Hot 97, he sent shots at Nas and Prodigy of Mobb Deep, which left people stunned. Nas responded right back because, from Jay-Z’s freestyle, people already felt Nas was falling off. That was until Nas dropped “Ether” that really changed people’s minds.  It wasn’t till four years after Nas released “Ether” the two decided to end their beef at Continental Airlines Arena that was sold out. Jay-Z declared, “All that beef shit is done; we had our fun,” he said. “Let’s get this money.” As it should be.Nas "Honored" for Jay-Z Feud be Apart of his Legacy

Reflecting on the feud that ended in 2005, Nas is very thankful and is even honored for the feud with Jay-Z. To Nas, it’s an actual rap battle to see who was superior and was honored because the people he saw as the greats did the same thing. The back and forth elevated not just them but everybody as well. The art of MCing was defined at that moment, and that’s how hip-hop/rap is done and how it even started.

Nas "Honored" for Jay-Z Feud be Apart of his Legacy From their feud, they’ve influenced other artists, and some have even used Nas’s song “Ether” to identify themselves as the better rap based on who they are battling against. Eminem sampled it against Jermaine Dupri or Remy Ma’sshETHER” when she sent shots at Nicki Minaj. Here’s to the future of hip hop/rap because, with the art of MCing, there will always be war.

#CherryJuice: Remy Ma ‘shETHER’ lyrics, Nicki Minaj diss track (Explicit)

The Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma rivalry escalated today after Remy dropped a scathing diss track titled, “shETHER.” The nearly seven-minute song samples the beat and lyrical style of Nas’ “Ether,” the climactic record that dropped during his feud with Jay-Z over 15 years ago. Whether “shETHER” will have the same impact remains to be seen, but with artwork depicting a bloody and amputated Barbie doll wearing a pink wig, and a “F*** Nicki Minaj” chant, Remy’s intention is clear.

The release comes just after Nicki’s appearances on Jason Derulo’s “Swalla” and Gucci Mane’s “Make Love” went viral. The shots Nicki takes on both songs are thought to be directed at Remy, although she never drops a name. For example, on “Make Love,” Nicki raps: “Oh you the quee-e, the que-en of this here? One platinum plaque, album flopped, b****, where?” This could reference Remy and Fat Joe’s “All the Way Up” going platinum last year. Now, however, the subliminals are over. Check out the lyrics to Remy Ma’s “shETHER” below.

Check out Remy Ma’s “shETHER” lyrics:

[Nicki Minaj]
Free Remy!
(Word)
You know what? Free Remy!
F*** you, free Remy!

[Intro]
(F*** Nicki Minaj)
Are you dumb?
You a pink diamond chicken wing chain
(Are you dumb?)
You had a leather beehive on your head
(Are you dumb?)
(F*** Nicki Minaj)
Are you forgetting that I pressed you before, b****?
(F*** Nicki Minaj)

[Hook]
(I) F*** with your soul like shETHER
(Will) You ain’t the queen, I’ll show you
(Not) Lipo your ass and belly
(Lose) I prove you lost already

[Verse]
They told you your whole career I’d come home and kill you, right? Haha!
I told you I wasn’t talking about your dumb ass
It looks stupid, you literally got a dumb ass
Talking cray, and we all know that you dumb ass
You get the Donkey of the Day, yeah you, dumb ass
Let’s be honest, you stole that line about b****es being your sons
How you take my ’09 jail tweet and run?
Talking ’bout bringing knives to a fight with guns
When the only shot you ever took was in your buns
And I saw Meek at All-Star, he told me your ass dropped
He couldn’t f*** you for three months because your ass dropped
Now I don’t think y’all understand how bad her ass got
The implants that she had put in her ass popped
I was like, “Damn, 90 days and you couldn’t have box?
Did she at least compensate, start giving you mad top?
Her name Minaj, right? She ain’t throw you some bad thots?”
He said “Nah,” that’s when I knew you was really a trash bop
You was screaming “Free Remy” when I was upstate doomed
But now that they freed Remy, you don’t sing the same tune
Locked me up, threw away my keys, threw away my weaves
Snatched me from my son, braids to the back, state greens
Daily News: “Her Career’s Over,” “She Was Kinda Stupid”
But you saw a opportunity ’cause you a opportunist
Left your Day One ’cause you heard he was on some cheat s***
Then got with the dude that told you on some creep s***
But what happened to Omeeka? Nah, on some G s***
Left him and took a pic with the dude he had beef with?
And we all know it was a beef that you started
Pillow talking out of your ass, this b**** retarded
Now you gotta die, you dearly departed
Blood bath when I catch you, a real red carpet
Now what I’mma do, I’mma just stick to the facts
B**** so scared of my future, got this b**** going backwards
Been through mad crews, you disloyal hoochie
Now all a sudden you back with Drake and Tunechi
After he said you sucked his d***, you back with Gucci
Who next, Puff, Deb or Fendi? You a A-list groupie
And to be the Queen of Rap, you gotta actually rap
The whole industry know that your s*** is a wrap
No, to be the Queen of Rap, you can’t have a ghostwriter
And that’s why this is My House, Flo Rida
N****s done seen Drake penning, Wayne penning
And since your first boyfriend left, b**** ain’t winning
You a internet troll, a web browser, I’m sorry
You can’t get her online without Safaree
Mentioning guns, you Pussy Galore, James Bond
Only time you touch a Trigga is when you f***ed Trey Songz
Cokehead, you cheated on your man with Ebro
I might leak the footage of you sniffing them ski slopes
They gassing you up, but you been on E, though
“Pills and Potions,” yep, you been on E, ho
Got your ghostwriters back, so you think you’re lit
Rem Belushi, I’m a Ghostbuster, b***
I’m supposed to be scared ’cause you bought your Barbie chain back?
I’ll revert to “Ante Up,” you’ll get your Barbie chain yapped
Tried to front in February, catch you in that Maybach
Show you how to use your name, you be using your name wack
I’m saying, how you mix Nicki with a Minaj?
I’mma park this b****, put Nicki in the garage
I’m getting money like Nicky Barnes, I’m the big homie
I responded in less than 48 Hrs., Nick Nolte
Getting close like Nick Jonas, gripping the gauge
Then blaze off, Face/Off, b****, Nicolas Cage
You animated like Nickelodeon, you fake, b****
Only the kids believe in you, you St. Nick
Now when I shoot Nick at Nite, they won’t understand it
I’m Wild’n Out, bout to hit Nick with the Cannon
How are you on the VMAs acting like you hood?
Way across the stage, talking ’bout “Miley, what’s good?”
That’s Hannah Montana, she was always happy
You only fronted on Mariah ’cause Mariah don’t carry
Tried to disrespect Taylor ’cause Taylor wasn’t Swift enough
Pillsbury Doughgirl, Remy pick the biscuit up
And jealous? B****, you was happy when they took me
Best thing ever happened to you was when they booked me
You said you never f***ed Wayne, how stupid I look, B?
Get the picture, I’ll expose you, I’m kind of a bully
You named yourself Nicki Lewinsky, the mind of a rookie
‘Cause you was sucking his d*** and now he tired of your nookie
You claim you never f***ed Drake, now that’s where you took me
You f***ed the whole Empire, who you trying to be, Cookie?
Boogie Down Bronx, I come out of the Boogie
To let you know, Real b****es never lie on their p****
And stop talking numbers, you signed a 360 deal
Through Young Money through Cash Money through Republic
Which means your money go through five n****s before you touch it
Any videos, promotions come out of your budget
Endorsements, tour and merchandise, they finger f*** it
You make, like, 35 cents off of each ducket
I own my masters, b****, independent
So for every sale I do, you gotta do, like, 10
Stop comparing yourself to Jay, you not like him
You a motherf***ing worker, not a boss like Rem
You’re done, them pop chicks ain’t get the news yet
B****, I pop chicks, yeah, and I’m the new vet
I kill rappers, and you good as dead, b****
Talking s*** about me to a deaf b****
And usually I have sympathy for the impaired
But not when you hard of hearing from untreated gonorrhea
But you point your fingers at me?
I’m the bad girl and she the one out here misleading the black girls
All these fake asses influenced by that girl
Dying from botched surgeries, what a sad world
But before the butt job, you was a SpongeBob
Sucking c**k for records, captain of the c*m squad
And I got a few words for the moms of the young Barbz,
Guess who supports a child molester? Nicki Minaj
And you paid for your brother’s wedding, that’s hella foul
How you spend money to support a pedophile?
He a walking dead man, sending threats to him
I guess that’s why they call you Barbie, you was next to kin
Talking ‘bout your money long and your foreign sick
Why you ain’t help your bro hide his c*m from forensics
You probably somewhere overseas, foreign sick
Thought you could f*** with me, by far Rem sick
Meek, Drake, Safaree, I see men in your pants
We call that Jelani, get it, semen in your pants
Uh, I got trigger fingers, you got bitter fingers
Yeah, you must think you Drake and I’m “Twitter fingers”
VH1, watch this
You just got bodied by a “Love & Hip Hop” b****

[Outro]
Don’t ever in your f***ing life play with me
That’s on the set!
You tried it on the Rae Sremmurd record
You tried it on your little freestyle
They was both duds, just like every other one was dud, just like this last one was a dud
But what you not gonna do is keep subbin’ me
(Big Pun)
I send a f***ing headshot, you dead, b****
Will…
(Will)
Not… lose!
